Hey besties. @elsa-queen is back again. I hope you all has a wonderful time exploring your talents. Besties taking part in different challenges always gives me a chance to learn something new. Also step out of my comfort zone.
This time I am happy to join the Cooking Challenge. The challenge arranged by the maโam @selina1. For my entry. I made a tasty sabudana dessert. It is such a delightful experience. I truly appreciate maโam for creating such engaging challenges. This inspire us to be more creative in the kitchen.

So, let's start making the amazing dessert recipe.

| Milk One Kg |
| Soaked sabudana One Cup |
| Sugar One Cup |
| Mango custard One Packet |
| Almonds As Need |
| Raisins As Need |
| Fruits |
| Dates As Need |

Step 1!
First I placed 1 kg of milk on the stove to boil. When the milk came to a good boil. I added sugar according to taste. To make the dessert even more delicious.
Step 2!
Then I took some cold milk and added the mango custard to it. I mixing it. After making sure. The custard is well blended. I add it into the boiling milk on the stove. This way the custard mixed with the hot milk.

Step 3!
I simmered it on the stove besties. It is for about twenty minutes to cook it properly. When it was well cooked. I added the pre soaked sabudana. I had it for almost five hours. This ensured that the sabudana would cook quickly. It also blend perfectly with the dessert. After adding the sabudana. I continued cooking the mixture for an additional ten minutes. In that short time. The dessert is fully cooked. It is ready to serve.
Step 4!
Then I prepared the serving bowl by cutting fresh fruits apple and banana. I placed it in the bowl. I poured the custard over the fruits. I gently mixed everything together. So that the flavors blended well. I add almonds, raisins and dates. I decorate it beautifully for my family. They were very impressed and loved it.

Yes this was my first attempt at making this recipe. At first I feel a little unsure. But the same time. I am hapr to try something new. As the dessert came together. My excitement turned into joy. The final result makes me feel happy.

Ideal for fasting and recovery: It is commonly eaten during fasting. Because it provides quick nourishment. This helps restore strength when the body feels weak.
