Felt Tight After Excersice? Cool Down Will Help
Sometimes after workout, our body will just be strong like a person that carries cement bag. You can even ask yourself, “Why my body is still this heavy after all this training?” That kind of moment cool‑down exercise do save a person. For the video which I upload, I show step by step how I do cool down my body after my main workout.
What Is Cool Down Exercise? |

Cool down exercise is a simple movement which you will have to do after your main workout to help your body to relax. It's not hard at all. It's a gentle stretching, slow breathing, and calm movement which will help your muscles to return back to normal.
In this video, you will see as I bend, stretch my legs, rotate my arms, and breathe in and out gently. I do it slowly so that my body can calm down well.
Why Cool Down Is Important? |

Cool down is not a waste of time. It has a lot of benefits:
It reduce muscle pain: When you cool down very well, your muscles won't be stiff the next day.
Surely help your heart rate to come down gradually: Instead of your heart just to jump from high to low, cool down will bring it down gently.
It also improve flexibility: Those small stretches can make your body soft and free.
Help your mind to relax: As you are breathing slowly, your mind will be calm too.

As I did the cool down on this video, I feel like my body is just relaxing like breeze is blowing. All the tension from the main workout begin to melt. It's that moment I realize that cool down is not optional, it's much important than what many people thinks.
