Anger do comes quick at anywhere ,but I have learn how to hold myself. Anytime I'm angry too much, my first reaction is that my body will be very hot, my voice will want to rise, and I do want to talk anyhow no matter who it is. But I have train myself to pause. I will just keep quiet, breathe deep, and sometimes I work around small to cool my head.
However One day at office, my colleague accuse me wrongly during meeting. I angry very well, I was about shouting back. But I tell myself, “Calm down, don't let anger spoil your name.” I keep silent, and I did deep breathing excersice while holding my fist, then later I explain my side gently. The problem was clear, and people respect me more because I didn't lose control.

My thoughts
Mr. Dipak mistake: He didn't control his anger. Instead of him to talk calm and find solutions, he uses insult and violence.
What he would have done:- He would have learn to have patience, care and respect for his family.
Wife mistake: She always plead for forgiveness everytime, without finding solutions.
What she would have done:- She would have report the abuse early. If she could have talk to family, friends or police before, maybe she would have survive.
Children mistake: Them do copy their father bad behavior. Instead of them learning good manners.
What they would have done:- They would have talk to teacher or counselor even their relatives about what is going on in the house.
General lesson: Violence don't always o solve problem. Communication, respect, and seeking help is very important for family peace.
