Assalamu Alaikum everyone, how are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am well by the grace of Allah. Today I have come to you with a new post. Today I have come to you with a slightly different type of post. Today I will share a recipe with you. I have brought a dessert recipe. Where I will share with you every method of how I made it. The dessert that I have made is everyone's favorite pudding recipe. We all like to eat pudding more or less. Everyone likes to eat pudding in our house. That's why I make it occasionally. So I thought I would share with you the method of how I make pudding today. Then maybe it will be useful for you to make it too, see my recipe. Anyway, let me know how my recipe turned out. How to make

step 1

To make the pudding, first make the caramel. So, in the bowl where the pudding is set, I made the caramel with sugar and a little water. I cooled it and set it.

At this stage, I took 1 liter of milk and strained the milk well to thicken it. The pudding is also much more enjoyable to eat when the milk is thick.

Then I took the eggs. Here I took three eggs and took them to a house and cracked them well.

At this stage, I added a little sugar and mixed it well. I used two tablespoons of sugar here, you can use more if you want, according to your taste.

At this stage I have used a pinch of cardamom powder. The reason for using it is to avoid the smell of the egg and to enhance its flavor. You can use vanilla essence here if you want or you can leave it out.

Now, at this stage of making the pudding, I cooled the milk that I had previously thickened with a sieve and mixed it well into this egg mixture.

Now I strained the milk mixture through a strainer into the caramel-set pudding. The reason for straining is to remove the egg parts that were not mixed well during the process. The pudding looks pretty good and is beautiful.

Then I set the pudding bowl nicely and poured water into a pan. I put a stand on it to keep the pan. I placed the bowl of pharing on top of that and set it well. Then I boiled it for about 30 to 45 minutes.

After boiling for a long time, I took the bowl of pudding off the stove and found it was completely frozen. Even then, I put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes so that it could freeze well and when it cooled down, it was quite delicious to eat.

Final step

After the entire process of making the pudding was completed, I cut the pudding and served it on a plate. And you can see how beautiful it looked. The caramel layer on top was also very beautiful and it was very fun to eat. I made this for Iftar. Our whole family enjoyed it and enjoyed it very much.
