Effectiveness of Tasks |

- From the Task 1: Task one was always about sharing my own thoughts on some past faced issue or emotional details. This helped me to think back to the time and journaling the situation that I have faced. In this way I recalled memories in my mind that even I never noticed that they were the problem but during the research, task helped me to think back.
- From the Task 2: This task was mostly about making an exercise or work or visiting nature and this is the task which really attracted me to join almost five weeks of this contest because it was going to help me to boost my confidence by sharing thoughts in front of camera. And it was my initial experience appreciated my thoughts. This helped me to post my confidence.
- From Task 3: This task was all about the mentioned story. And this helped me to unlock my critical thinking and thinking more logically. I always read the story and tried to answer it by logical thinking. I have never attempted such task before, in my life and I really took interest to note the problem to indicate and to make the correct decision.
- From the Task 4: This task was a little effortful for me because it always required a graphically designed in photograph and I used a pretty old mobile phone and always faced some issues while designing that infograph. Well this was also amazing for me because I always learned that how to make infograph and after a long time I started to use camera again and I learned a lot new like presenting the infographic according to the situation. This task helped me to highlight the most important five steps that one can take to solve the desired problem.

From the Week 1 |

Week one helped me to think about my emotions. After a long time I was joining such a kind of task in which I was thinking about my emotional stability and I was assuming an old incident that happened to me during an anatomy session and I highlighted my mistakes that I made that time.
- This task was also including a muscle relaxation exercise.
- That exercise also helped me to learn something new from this task. I alternatively perform it even in these days.
From the Week 3 |

Week 3 taught me to control anger and we know that anger is one of the most basic emotion that every human face and it is very important for us to overcome this one emotion because this can cause a lot of harms that can remain far a long time. I learned many good things like making exercises to control anger and learnt the role of our blood pressure in increasing our anger and emotional blocking in angry situations. Therefore I joined this task and also made a long video to demonstrate exercises to control anger which was also a joyful and memorable moment for me.
From the Week 4 |

Week 4 remained also memorable for me because I shooted a video in front of my friends and I visited nature of my village after a long time. The most interesting part of this week was to differentiate between phobia and fear.
- It helped me to differentiate between various kind of phobias.
- This week helped me to visit that side of my village that I have never visited.
From the Week 5 |

Every single moment of this week was memorable as I made unexpected actions to perform that week contest effectively. I visited the zoo of Bahawalpur City and recorded memories into a video and enjoyed it a lot.
- I recorded many videos that I have never recorded before for the same post.
- I realized that being alone enhances more depression.
Dealing with Positive Events |

My Dealings:
For dealing with the over-confidence I always see around myself that there are many other people to is this achievement and many people also have been failed so those who have failed to achieve this achievement will definitely get hurt if I try to be overconfident and in this way I successfully handle the situation.
While in the case of fear of losing status I try to work hard and honestly I have already faced a situation in which I have lost status by failing after achieving success.
No doubt when we get success especially in the field of education, and I myself as a student have faced this, society hopes to get the similar performance again but I note there are many distractions and there are many difficulty level which are faced by the student and due to some circumstances he cannot always give the same results therefore the fear of losing comes into my mind and I simultaneously not get boost after achieving success or in the situation of positive thinking because it is temporary.

- Believing: “I am successful.”
- Better mindset: “This strategy worked.”

- Confidence boost, stronger network, clarity of strengths.

- Step 1: Emotional Control: Well truly saying, emotionally I remain very stable even in the state of anger or in the state of any negative thinking until I wishfully do not try to jump into that situation. Emotional stability helps me to deal and it also helps me to think effectively.
- Step 2: Taking Correct Action: I am not enough wise to take correct action in big situations but in the case of small situations it is still possible for me and when there is some big problem I always try to contact with elders and I think this is a correct action for me in the case of any negative thinking; it might be anything.

- Comparing myself to others (only in worst cases)

- Sometimes I think emotionally before logical thinking

Below are some positive aspects that I feel always whenever I get some negative thought especially in the case of minor failures in different areas of the day.
