SEC-S30W3: The things I am thankful for.
First of all, my son suddenly got a fever. My son is five years old. I have a son and a daughter. I quickly returned to my family from the office. I consulted a pediatrician. The doctor did some checkups and gave my son medicine, but then my son developed pneumonia and a lung infection. Meanwhile, an important electrical work was going on in my office. On the one hand, my son was undergoing treatment in the hospital for pneumonia; on the other hand, I had to be present at the electrical substation work in the office. I left my son in the hospital and returned to the office for two days because the electrical work could not be completed without me. I finished the work at the electrical substation in two days and took the risk of supplying electricity. I completed the very risky electrical work and quickly returned to the hospital to my son. When I reached the hospital, I felt very helpless to see my son's physical deterioration. After fifteen days in the hospital, my son recovered somewhat. I thanked God for completing the risky electrical work in the office and for healing my son. That was a very difficult time for me.

My son is hospitalized with pneumonia.

On the other hand, I have successfully completed risky work at the electrical substation in the office.
I developed a fatty liver problem in early 2025. I focused on improving my fitness along with taking some medicines on the advice of my doctor. The doctor advised me to have a physical check-up again after six months. I had a physical check-up again on the advice of my doctor at the beginning of the year. I have been taking various types of exercises along with medicine on the advice of my doctor for the past six months. After having a physical check-up again on the advice of my doctor, I saw that my fatty liver problem had reduced a lot. I have been somewhat successful in the challenge of getting rid of my fatty liver problem by taking medicine and improving my fitness. For this, I am grateful to God.

The second time, the doctor advised the physical check-up report and the liver was reported to be much healthier.
