Hello my dear steemit friends. How are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love. I am here with a new post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post. Today I am here to participate in Steemit Learning Challenge Session 28 Week 6.The main theme of the sixth week is making Fish kebab.Thank you @jimiaera02 Ma'am for bringing such a great fish kebab making course in the sixth week.I am very happy to participate in such a great fish kebab making competition.Today, as part of this competition, I am presenting the step-by-step process of making fish kebab below. so let's start........

Prepare the Fish Kebab recipe step by step and describe the detailed procedure with pictures. Must use your own pictures.

  • Ingredients

  • Ingredients needed to make fish kebab:

    Whole cardamom cinnamon
    1-2 pieces
    Ginger paste, garlic paste

    Salt
    1 tablespoons (to taste)
    Soybean oil
    2 cup
    Making process:

    • To make fish kebabs, I soaked one cup of daal in water for four hours.After 4 hours, wash the daal thoroughly with clean water.

    • I put the pre-soaked lentils in a bowl and added chopped onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin seeds, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and 4 tablespoons of soybean oil.Then I added two cups of water and covered it with a lid and cooked it for some time to cook the lentils well.

    • Once the lentils were cooked well and the water reduced, I left them to cool for some time.Then I blended the pulses well with the help of a blender.

    • First, I took a certain amount of fish to make fish kebabs.Then I washed the fish pieces thoroughly with clean water.Now, I added turmeric powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, and a tablespoon of kebab masala to the fish pieces.I have mixed the spices well with the fish pieces.

    • Now, to fry the fish well, I put a pan on the stove and added enough oil to it.When the oil is hot, add the previously marinated fish pieces.Then I put the stove on medium heat and fried the fish well.The fish was fried with a lovely aroma due to the kebab seasoning.I took the fish pieces off the stove when they turned red.

    • I have selected and separated the remaining pieces from the fish pieces.Now I put the pulses that I had previously blended in a blender inside the fish pieces.

    • Now to make the kebab mixture, I added chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies and kebab spices to the dal and fish mixture.I mixed all the ingredients well and then cracked an egg to make the perfect fish kebab mixture.

    • Once the kebab mixture is perfectly prepared, I use my hands to shape the kebab into a slightly round, flat shape.In the same way, I have made the entire mixture into a kebab shape.

    • Once the shape of the kebab is ready, I put a pan on the stove to fry it, add enough oil to it, and when the oil is hot, I put the previously prepared kebab pieces in it one by one.I deep-fried the kebabs by setting the stove to medium heat.Once the kebabs are well fried, I remove them from the oven and place them on tissue paper to absorb the excess oil from the kebabs.Similarly, I fried the remaining kebabs nicely.
    Present the Fish Kebab recipe in an attractive and well-decorated way. Use your username and date written on the paper.

    • Finally, I decorated the kebabs beautifully on a serving dish to serve them beautifully.Then I wrote a note with the username and creation date.

    What challenges do you face during making Fish kebab? List the ingredients used to make Fish Kebab at your local price and steem price.

    First of all, I would like to say that I have not faced any obstacles in making fish kebabs, but since I made fish kebabs for the first time today, I was a little worried about how they would taste.But when I tasted it and saw the final result, I was really happy.I am always eager to create and learn new things.I think if we are careful and attentive when creating any new recipe and use the right amount of ingredients before making any recipe, then it will taste perfect.So, when creating any new recipe, it is most important to use the right amount of ingredients.I thoroughly mastered my beloved teacher's instructions and her preparation method in making fish kebabs, and then I made fish kebabs today, and it turned out perfectly.Other members of my family have praised me a lot after eating this fish kebab.

    How did you enjoy the Kebab course? Share your experience in detail. In at least 100 words.

    The six-week kebab making challenge of Steemit Learning Challenge Session 28 was awesome Over the course of six weeks, each course of Jali Kebab, Sami Kebab, Tawa Kebab, Shik Kebab, and Fish Kebab was very educational.I was only able to participate in two kebab making challenges in two weeks because I was in the hostel due to exams and therefore I didn't have enough ingredients and no way to prepare them.But I loved the teacher's six-week process of making six types of kebabs, which was very perfect for a new cook. It was very practical and easy.I would like to thank my dear teacher @jimiaera02 for bringing me a six-week educational course on making different types of kebabs.I think cooking is a kind of art. I learned different types of kebab making methods from this kebab challenge course. I hope that in the future I will be able to make and serve kebabs to my family members in a very beautiful way.
