Hello friends, today I will take you to a modern apartment in our Dhaka city. Although this place is located a little far from Dhaka city. It is correctly written as Dhaka Purbachal. From Dhaka, you have to go to Purbachal via Kuril Bishwa Road. There is a huge apartment on the left side of the road.

This is a wonderful apartment in Bangladesh. It is basically a large international exhibition center built under the name of Bangladesh-China Friendship. Its view from afar is wonderful. The logo of the name of this apartment is arranged outside the gate.

There is a main gate outside, through which you will be surprised after entering inside. Because there is such a beautiful view inside that you will be able to appreciate it for a long time. It has been mainly built as a permanent center for business, product exhibitions and international fairs.

Every year an annual fair is held here, so it is beautifully designed. The front part of this apartment is slightly tilted upwards, which makes it look interesting. Various product-based fairs, international trade fairs, business exhibitions are held here regularly. For example, when I went, the Dhaka International Trade Fair was being held.

There is an attractive door to enter the main building which leads out from one side and in from the other. After entering inside, you can see many permanent shops which are known as showrooms of different brands. When I went, there were many people inside, so I captured the pictures of the inside separately.

There is an escalator system to go from the first section to the upper floor, that is, the second floor. The presence of an escalator has been very convenient because many old people and disabled people come here to visit, so this arrangement has been made for their convenience. The roof on the top of this building is made of a very attractive model.

The structure inside this apartment is very beautiful, especially the lighting decorations are very modern. At night, high quality lights have been set up here so that the entire area is illuminated. When I went, an international trade fair was being held here, so the place was very beautifully decorated. This center is built to showcase Bangladeshi-made products to foreign buyers and to build international business connections.

Therefore, you can see showrooms of different brands there. These include clothing, food, furniture, lifestyle products or cosmetic products, etc. The lights above are very high quality and there is a fan system and AC setup for hot days. One digital CC camera has been set up in each section for security.

It is also known as a public tourist center. The exterior of the building uses red ceramic panels and a gray metal roof to make it look beautiful and elegant. There are various types of lighting setups outside so that all the scenes can be clearly seen at night. The roof of this apartment is wave-shaped, which is displayed like a boat. Therefore, I can say that it means that the ‘journey’ of Bangladesh-China relations is moving forward permanently.

There is enough space for hundreds of people to stand in front. There are two large exhibition halls inside, each of which can hold about 400 boots and about 800 boots can be arranged together. These are mainly operated as showrooms. There is also a large car parking area and an open parking area outside that can hold about 1,000 cars. In addition, there is a huge 3D monitor outside where various videos are played.

Since it is a commercial building in Bangladesh, an annual fair is held here every year. However, sometimes the building is closed for a few days for renovation work. The geometric roof and colorful panels of the building are the most attractive features of this building.

Moreover, after entering inside, you can explore the entire place. With ample light and open space in the large open halls inside this apartment, large exhibitions or fairs can be easily organized. The design and layout of this apartment is perfect so that people from other countries like it.
