Stress is the biggest weakness and greatest enemy in a person's life. To overcome this weakness, people take the biggest risks; they want to conquer mental pressure and anxiety, but is that possible? One gets exhausted from fighting. But can you succeed if you stop? You have to continue this battle; eventually, time comes to your favor, and circumstances become favorable. The greatest weapons in the fight against stress are patience and mental strength. I will review this topic in front of you. Below, I will share it task by task.

Humans have more advanced brains than any other creatures on Earth. The way humans think and their standard of living are superior to all other creatures. That is why, throughout the ages, humans have constantly changed themselves—they have created, destroyed, and started anew. Various types of activities have a positive impact on our mental health. When feeling low, these activities are important to get involved in to overcome stress, refresh the mind, and counter negative thoughts. They help relieve stress like a tonic.
Share your talent; it could be a story you have created, a poem you have written, a beautiful painting or craft you have made—anything.
- If it is a painting or craft, make sure to explain it step by step.
- If it is a poem, analyze it.
- If it is a story, share the lesson learned from it.
- If it is an invention of yours, share what its use would be.
Task Number 03 |
|---|
This is a story, each participant has to enter the story.
You have to think about what mistakes the characters in the story have made, or what they should have done
And write down your thoughts.
Sneha has been in a lot of mental turmoil for the past few days, she is tired of seeing her parents' conflicts at home every day, blaming each other. Sneha thinks that maybe that is the reason for all this. Because she heard from her grandmother that her parents were not happy after her birth, because Sneha has a physical defect, she has been suffering from down syndrome since birth. She is not like normal children, because of this she has been growing up with neglect and disrespect since she was young, but her grandmother loves her, but after her grandmother's death she is in a lot of mental trauma. Besides, so much quarreling and conflict between his parents has destroyed his will to live, bullying from all sides, neglect from family members has made him decide to kill himself. And he has taken 9-10 tablets of sedative drug left by his grandmother in the dark of night, after a while his father saw him in this condition and quickly took him to the hospital, he did not die but went into a long term coma.
Task Number 04 |
