Today I'm here with my entry in the fourth week of the Steemit Learning Challenge. I'm so delighted that I got the chance to make “ Tawa Kebab ” this week and partake the recipe with you all. In the winter season, tawa kebabs are n't only aromatic but also form the ambience of the house appetizing.

I've tried to form this recipe in a veritably uncomely, plain and effortless way so that everyone can form it.

Prepare the Tawa Kebab recipe step by step and describe the detailed procedure with pictures. Must use your own pictures.

Step 1: Prepare the Mince

I cut the chicken into slim pieces, bathed them well and drained the water and put them in a blender. mix little by short so that the hash becomes sophisticated and invariant.

Step 2: Mix all the spices

In a large bowl I conjoined all of this with the hash
Ginger, garlic, onion, green coriander, salt, turmeric, chili powder, chili flakes, cumin powder, kebab masala, garam masala, lemon juice. Then blend them each well by hand so that every spice is well imbibed in the hash.

Step 3: Consolidate the mixture

I appended two tablespoons of cornflour and an egg, so that the kebabs would stay in shape and not fall asunder. Mix well again. Now commemorate the set admixture for a while.

Step 4: Putting on the Tawa

Step 5: Slow cooking

Step 6: Cook and flip

The truth is that the scent that wafts through the kitchen while forming tawa kebabs changes the mood.
The best moment for me was when the kebabs did not fall piecemeal while thumbing it showed that my mixture was just right.

I cherish these kebabs with naan, raita and green chutney. Also tastes accomplished with rice.
