Assalamu Alaikum! Today I am really happy to participate in the sixth week of Steemit Challenge Season 28. This week I will be participating in the SLC28-W6// "Fish Kebab" competition organized by @jimiaera02 Apur, thank you very much for organizing this great competition. This is our last competition, I have learned to make six kebabs well in these six weeks. In the sixth week of the engagement challenge I am going to share an easy and delicious recipe for making fish kebabs. So let's get started..!!
𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝑩𝒚 𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒗𝒂 𝑷𝒓𝒐
Prepare the Fish Kebab recipe step by step and describe the detailed procedure with pictures. Must use your own pictures. (5 Marks)

| Anchor Dal | 1 cup |
| Egg | 1 pieces |
| Chopped onion | 1 cup |
| Chopped coriander leaves | 1 teaspoon |
| Ginger paste | 1 teaspoon |
| Garlic paste | 1 teaspoon |
| Turmeric powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Chili powder | 1 tablespoon |
| Cumin powder | 1 teaspoon |
| Kebab powder spices | 1 teaspoon |
| Black cardamom | 1 pieces |
| Cinnamon | 1 pieces |
| Salt | According to taste |
| Cooking oil | 2 cup |
The process of making "Fish Kebab"

- For the fish kebab recipe, I took a cup of ankor dal in a bowl and soaked it for 4 to 5 hours. After soaking the dal for 4 to 5 hours, I washed the dal thoroughly with clean water and kept it in a bowl.
- Now I put a pot on the stove and added the soaked anchor dals. Then I added 1 cup chopped onion, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon cumin powder, a pinch of salt, 1 black cardamom, 2 cinnamon sticks, and 2 cups of water. Mix all the ingredients well and then let the dals cook on medium heat on the stove.

- The dals were cooked, I took them out of the pan and put them in a bowl to cool. Once the dals were cool, I blended them in a blender jar. Then I put the blended mixture in a bowl.

- To make fish kebabs, I took a Rui fish. I washed and cleaned the fish well and cut it into small pieces. I took the fish pieces on a plate, added 1 tablespoon of kebab spices, along with 1 tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste and salt. Then I mixed the fish with the spices well.
- Now I put a pan on the stove and added some oil to it. When the oil was hot, I dropped the fish pieces one by one into the oil. Then I fried the fish pieces well until they turned brown. When the fish pieces turned brown and were well fried, I removed the pieces to a plate. Mixing the kebab spices with the fish will create a nice aroma and eliminate the fishy smell.

- At this stage, when the fish pieces had cooled down, I separated the bones from the fish pieces. After separating the fish bones from the fish pieces, I poured the mixed lentils and fish into a mixing bowl.

- Now, I added chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, 1 tablespoon of kebab powder masala and salt to taste to the fish and dal in the mixing bowl. Then I mixed all the ingredients well with my hands.
- After mixing all the ingredients in the fish and dal mixture, I added an egg to these mixtures and mixed everything well again. Then I took the mixture like a kebab, rolled it into a ball. Now I pressed it with both hands and gave it the shape of a kebab. I made all the kebabs in the same way and placed them on a plate.

- Finally, I put a pan on the stove and added some oil. Then when the oil was hot, I dropped the kebabs into the hot oil. I fried the kebabs very well on both sides. And when the kebabs were browned, I took them out and placed them on a plate on top of tissue paper. The tissue paper absorbs the excess oil from the kebabs placed on top. After the kebabs absorb the oil, they are now ready to be served hot.

Like other weeks, I didn't have much trouble making the fish kebab recipe in the sixth week of the engagement challenge. Because I have learned a lot about kebabs by participating in the kebab recipe competition of this Steemit Season 28, that's why I didn't face any problems making the fish kebab recipe in the sixth week of kebab making.

I really enjoyed the Engagement Challenge 28 Kebab Course. Participating in the Kebab Course organized by my teacher (@jimiaera02) Apu was a colorful journey of my life. In the first week of starting this Kebab making, I learned the finesse of cooking by making Shami Kebab, the balance of spices and soft texture were like a work of art. Then in the second week of Kebab making, I designed Jali Kebab which took me to new horizons of creativity. In the third week, I found a vibrant variety in the taste of Chicken Kebab. In the fourth week, the spicy spices of Tawa Kebab gave me a different thrill and feeling. And in the fifth week, the juicy taste of Shake Kebab spread joy in my family, as if a festive atmosphere was created in every bite of the Kebab.
Finally, at the end of the Engagement Challenge 28 Kebab Course, making Fish Kebab in the sixth week was a special challenge for me. While making fish kebabs, served with the perfect combination of spices, I realized that cooking is not just a hobby but a blend of patience, love and art. Making new kebab recipes every week in this Engagement Challenge 28 has made me confident and deepened my love for cooking. This Engagement Challenge 28 course has become not just a competition for me, but a source of joy, tradition and creativity. Finally, I would like to thank my teacher (@jimiaera02) Apu a lot. Because of her kebab course, I got a lot of ideas about these different kebabs and now it has become much easier for me to make them.
