What kind of famous food places have you been to? Briefly introduce it.
The famous food place I am going to talk about is called Shan Hotel, Niribili, Saidpur. It is located in Saidpur Upazila of Nilphamari district and it is one of the popular food places in Shahid Dr Zikrul Haque Road, Saidpur. This hotel is very beautiful and has been built in a grand style. The environment here is very good. This hotel is located in the main center of Saidpur city. If you get down at Saidpur station, you can take an autorickshaw to Shan Hotel, Niribili, Saidpur. The hotel operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with both day and night shifts. The owner’s name is Mr. Arafat Hossain. They have their own parking area here. The customer service here is very good. Most people in Saipur city come here to eat. Many people come here to spend a good time with their families. The night lighting system here is worth seeing. The tea here is famous in Saidpur. Overall, Shan Hotel, Niribili, Saidpur is truly a wonderful hotel.

How was the interior and exterior decoration, food quality, and service? (With pictures + prices, videos)
The structure of this hotel is quite elegant and well-designed. The ambience of this hotel is very beautiful. It is a well-known establishment. The reputation of this restaurant's food is spread all over Saidpur. This place is always crowded with customers. The management here is very good. They always keep the hotel clean. And here at night there is beautiful lighting and every part of their walls is decorated with paintings. Which makes the ambience of the hotel more attractive.
This hotel has all kinds of food facilities. Breakfast like paratha, khichdi is available here. For lunch, rice, biryani, pulao, goat meat, chicken meat, duck meat, various types of fish curry and vegetables are available. Evening snacks like grill, chicken fry, chicken chap, naan roti, fried paratha in ghee, tea and coffee etc. are available. And dinner biryani, pulao rice, various types of meat items, fish etc. are available. All the food is freshly prepared here every day. Old food is not sold here. Compared to other restaurants in the vicinity, the price of food here is comparatively low. The quality of the food here is good, healthy. That is why people flock here for food.

What was the demand for food like in two different periods?
As far as I know, this hotel gets the most customers, especially in the evening and at night. Now, during the month of Ramadan, the hotel is almost empty all day long. But at night, there is no place to set foot inside the hotel. The most popular food during evening and dinner is tea, sweets such as rasmalai, malaichop, chamcham, chicken meat stew, paratha, naan roti, biryani, pola. We went on the 11th at noon. There were no people in the hotel then. Every now and then, 1-2 people came and had tea and sweets.

What food have you tried? How was your reporting experience?
Most of the time when I visit Shan Hotel, Niribili, Saidpur, I like to have tea and rasmalai naan roti and various types of vegetable dishes. When I went there yesterday, I had a cup of tea and a black sweet. From my experience, I can say that I like the tea here the most compared to other hotels. Once you have tasted the tea prepared by them, you want to eat it again and again. Besides, the taste of the black masti prepared by their hotel was also amazing.
