In the busy life of Dhaka, there are some places where it feels like the entire economy of the city is organized into one small space. Today, my reporting spot was the Shwapno outlet in Middle Badda, a modern supershop where countless people visit every day.

In the fresh section, I saw different types of fish displayed on ice, which looked very fresh. The frozen food section included items like paratha, nuggets, and various chicken products, all stored properly and hygienically.

I arrived there in the morning. First, I stood in front of the outlet and took a photo with my reporting ID. Then, I entered the shop and took another photo to confirm my presence inside the reporting spot.

As soon as I entered, I noticed the clean and well-organized environment. Every product was arranged neatly, making it very easy for customers to find what they need.

On one side, there was a large collection of daily essentials, spices, noodles, biscuits, and various packaged foods. On the other side, there was an attractive section of chocolates and snacks, clearly designed to appeal to people of all ages.

From an environmental perspective, the place was clean and comfortable. With proper lighting, open space, and good management, it truly gave the feeling of a modern supershop. The staff behavior was also commendable they were helpful and attentive, which made the overall experience even better.

I also observed that many products had discount offers, especially small price reductions like 10 Taka off, which easily caught customers’ attention. These offers made the shopping experience more enjoyable.

The most attractive part of the outlet for me was the live food counter. I tried momos there, and they were served hot. The dough was soft, and the filling was quite tasty. Overall, it was a satisfying food experience.
