Hope everyone are well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah.I am also very well by the grace of the Almighty Allah,Alhamdulillah for that.Iam starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health.This week I have come to participate in the great Slc challenge -Slc30/W4-Bread malai cake recipe challenge.Its my frist time making this.So,I am going to share my experience.

I have never made bread malai cake before, so I have no experience, but I have made many kinds of dessert.Today, I am going to make it according to the complete recipe that our madam has shared. So lets get started.

⬛ First, I cut the breads into squares with a knife and separate them. Then I roll them out well with a rolling pin, making them very thin so that there are no difficulties while rolling the breads.

⬛ In the second step, I am preparing the filling that I will put inside the bread. For this, I have added a small amount of milk to a clean container on the stove, added sugar according to the quantity, along with powdered milk. Then I was stirring it well. After that, I took a spoonful of cornflour, mixed it with water, and poured it into the milk mixture. Then I brought the milk to a boil until the mixture thickened. Once the mixture thickened, I took it off the heat and let it cool.

⬛ Now I have made the filling with milk and placed it in the bread. I carefully rolled the breads, and I was really scared that the roll might break, but thank God the roll turned out well.

⬛ Now I have taken half a kilogram of milk in a clean pot on the stove, then I added sugar to it as needed. After that, I boiled the milk well. Before removing it from the stove, I poured a spoonful of milk into a cup, mixed it well with cornflour and water, and then poured it back into the milk. After boiling the milk properly and when it started to thicken slightly, I turned off the flame and set the milk aside to cool.

⬛ Now I have chopped some almonds and cashews, and I have also sliced two or three dates thinly. After that, I am pouring the cooled milk over the bread, having gently swirled and poured it so that all the bread gets soaked in the milk.

⬛Now I have beautifully scattered these chopped nut date on breads, which created a very lovely aroma, and just looking at them makes my mouth water. Now my bread malai cake is ready to eat.

Yes, this is the first time I have made it; it has never been made before. After making the bread malai cake, I felt very good because I have always loved eating sweet foods. That's why I enjoy new recipes. Alhamdulillah, I tried to make it perfectly in a timely manner, and my family really liked it. My son also enjoyed it very much and praised it, so I am quite happy.

Yes, I faced a lot of problems finding bread. I searched in several shops in our area but couldn't find it. Then I went to a small confectionery far from my house, but it wasn't available there either. As a result, I was compelled to go to the city to get bread. Since it is the Eid season, bread was not available in our area or in the nearby shops.
