What kind of Service Provider Zone have you visited? Briefly introduce it.

I visited a hospital as my service provider zone, especially an emergency service center. This Upazila Health Complex is located in Parbatipur upazila, in a place called Haldibari. For a long time, this hospital has been serving people and it is open 24 hours a day. Because of this, it has become a reliable place for treatment of different diseases.

There are always doctors available in the emergency department, working in different shifts. During the daytime, various specialist doctors are also available. With just a 3 BDT ticket, patients can consult different specialists such as medicine, dermatology, sexual health, and gynecology doctors.

However, if a patient is in critical condition and cannot be treated here, they are referred to Rangpur Medical College or Dinajpur Medical College using a government ambulance service.

How were the services and history both inside and outside? (With pictures + prices, videos)

Since this is an Upazila Health Complex, many patients come here every day from nearby and distant areas. On government holidays, general services remain closed, but the emergency section stays open 24 hours.

Critical patients are fewer here because many prefer to go to larger hospitals like Rangpur Medical College or Dinajpur Medical College. Still, the MBBS doctors here always try their best to serve patients.

The hospital is quite clean and well-maintained. Treatment costs are very low, and some services are completely free. For example, tuberculosis patients receive free treatment, and their sputum tests are also done free of cost.

What are the special dishes of that place?

Since this is a health complex, many patients and their relatives stay here regularly. Because of that, there are several small food shops and a hotel in front of the hospital.

One popular item is duck meat served in a nearby hotel. Besides that, there are many common and tasty foods available. In the morning, you can find puri, paratha, dal, vegetables, tea, biscuits, bread, bananas, and cake.

For lunch and dinner, rice, fish, dal, mashed items (bhorta), and vegetables are available. The food quality is generally well maintained, especially because it is near a hospital, so hygiene is taken seriously for the patients and their families.

Honestly, my 24-hour experience here was quite good. This Upazila Health Complex provides many important healthcare services. Small operations are done here, and many patients stay admitted for treatment.

People from different places come here every day to consult doctors. The ticket price is only 3 BDT, which is very affordable. After getting the ticket, patients can visit different specialist doctors like medicine, dermatology, and gynecology.

If any tests are required, they are done at low cost within the hospital. The emergency section is always active with doctors, nurses, and staff working 24/7.

The hospital environment is also very beautiful . There are trees, a pond, parking , and CCTV cameras for security. Overall, I really liked this hospital. The environment, safety, and service quality were all very satisfying.
