Today, through The Curious Explorer contest, I will take you to Cafe and Boat Club, a peaceful place in the heart of busy and mechanical Dhaka. I am really happy to share the story of this beautiful experience through the contest. Sincere thanks to @max-pro brother for organizing such a wonderful competition. So, let’s get started.

As a curious explorer, I visited a very popular place, Cafe and Boat Club, located inside Dhaka Cantonment today. We all love nature more or less. Every nature lover seeks a little peace even in the midst of the hustle and bustle. I like to explore new places whenever I get time, even in the midst of my professional busyness. The reason I have chosen the place today is the Cafe and Boat Club, on this lake, is very close to my house, and I have to commute to the office every day via this road. In my opinion, Cafe and Boat Club is basically a lake-centred entertainment centre, where countless people gather every day to enjoy their mornings and afternoons.

As this lake is under our area, i.e. Dhaka Cantonment, Bangladesh Army MPs are stationed here for the clean environment and security inside. Since there is a large area around this lake, every health-conscious person comes here for walking, exercise and fresh air in the morning and evening. Also, if people want, they can spend time sitting on the shore of the lake and take advantage of boat rides from this Cafe and Boat Club."There is no specific ticket to enter this spot. However, boat trips: You have to pay 100 taka to ride a paddleboat on the blue waters of the lake for half an hour. This cafe and boat club has a cafe where coffee, light snacks, and fast food are available. The quality of food is quite good, and the prices are also affordable. In addition, the venue can be booked for different events. I recently visited this place to attend one of my friend’s weddings. Overall, I would say that the Cafe and Boat Club is a well-organized and enjoyable entertainment destination.

For me, Cafe and Boat Club is a piece of peace in the heart of mechanical Dhaka. If I wanted to talk about the special features of the cafe and the Boat Club, I would talk about the lake view, security, and walking path. Being in the cantonment area, the environment here is as clean as it is secure. The cool breeze of the lake and the surrounding green plants instantly remove the fatigue of the mind. I think it is an ideal place to spend quiet time with the family or to walk on the beautiful track by the lake. For nature lovers, I would like to say that this cafe is a wonderful destination for those who want to spend some time in clean air and a safe environment.

To an adventurer, the Cafe and Boat Club is like a breath of fresh air in the hustle and bustle of the city. The few hours I spent there were a refreshing experience for me. The most captivating sight was the afternoon sun playing on the calm waters of the lake. Although the water in the lake is a bit low now, the glimmer of sunshine created a magical atmosphere. While observing the surroundings, I saw people of all ages walking here because health is our main asset. I felt that this was not just an entertainment centre but an open window to breathe deeply in this mechanical city. However, from personal experience, I can say that it is quite crowded here on holidays.

All in all, my visit was very meaningful and enjoyable. This cafe and boat club is a wonderful combination of nature and modern management. I have tried to share my experience today with everyone.
