I recently visited “Abdullah Garment” located in Kotchandpur to gain practical experience about business operations. Currently, the garment industry is one of the most important sectors in Bangladesh, and such local institutions play an important role in the country’s economy. Through this visit, I got a real idea about the overall operations of a garment business, product quality, customer service and market demand.

“Abdullah Garment” is a well-known clothing store, which is mainly involved in both retail and partial wholesale business. The store is located at an important location in Kotchandpur market, due to which a large number of customers come here every day.

This establishment sells various types of local fabrics and modern designs. The main goal of the business is to provide quality products according to the needs of the customers. The management of the store is quite orderly and the display method of the products is also customer-friendly.
There are separate sections for men, women and children, which makes shopping easy for the customers. The store has been operating in business for a long time and has created a place of trust among the locals.

The exterior of the store is very clean and attractive. The signboard is clear and there is enough space in front of the store for customers to enter easily.Upon entering, the products are neatly arranged according to categories. Different types of clothes are kept on separate racks, which makes it easy for customers to choose. The interior environment is comfortable due to the good lighting and ventilation system.
The salespeople are very polite, sincere and sympathetic. They listen carefully to the needs of the customers and display the products accordingly. They are able to give a clear idea about the price or product features.

In terms of product quality, it can be seen that the quality of the clothes is good, the stitching is perfect and the design is modern. There is a mark of care in each garment. The clothes seem soft, comfortable and suitable for long-term use.

“Abdullah Garment” offers a variety of clothing, such as For men: shirts, pants, t-shirts, Punjabi. For women: three-piece, gown, kurti. For children: clothes of various attractive designsAlso, a special collection of seasonal and festive clothing can be seen, which is quite popular with the customers.
During the visit, I noticed a significant crowd in the store, especially in the afternoon. This shows that people have high trust and demand for this organization. The salespeople said that it is more crowded during festive seasons such as Eid or Puja.

The entire process from product selection to payment at the time of purchase was easy, fast and hassle-free. The salespeople patiently showed different products and helped to make the right choice.After using the product, it was seen that the fabric is very comfortable and suitable for the skin. Even after washing, there was no change in the color or quality of the fabric. The stitching was strong and comfortable to wear.
From the 24-hour experience, it can be said that the quality of the product is satisfactory and suitable for long-term use. This experience has encouraged me to buy products from here in the future.
