Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject "Fried Chicken Recipe". I really liked this competition today. Actually, I can eat some really delicious food while participating in the competition. I really like fried chicken. Sometimes I eat the recipe. And whenever I eat this recipe, I like it a lot. I made this recipe a few days ago. I had a lot of fun eating it with my family then. And today I also enjoyed making the recipe a lot. I especially enjoyed eating it a lot. Details :
First I mixed all the spices. After mixing the spices, I put the pieces of meat in the spices. Then I mixed the chicken pieces well with the spices. I covered them with a lid and left them for a while.
Then I took flour in a plate. I mixed it with chili powder, masala powder and salt. I mixed these and took water in a bowl with it.
Then I coated the spiced meat in flour, then dipped it in water and coated it in flour again. I did this several times.
I prepared all the meat in a similar way.
Then I put a frying pan on the stove. I poured some oil into it. Then I put the pieces of meat in the oil.
Then I fried them by flipping them over and then taking them off the stove.

I think homemade fried chicken is much healthier than buying it from outside. In fact, restaurants make a lot of fried chicken at once. On top of that, we don't know how they make it there. Then again, they make it outside. In this case, they don't seem healthy to me at all. Maybe we eat it because we don't bother to make it. But we make everything ourselves at home with care. Whenever we actually make something at home, it is definitely healthier. And I also like to eat it myself. Whenever I sometimes eat outside recipes, I don't like it. I think my own recipes are much more interesting. So I think my own recipes are much healthier.

I think eating fried chicken regularly is not good at all. Yes, sometimes it can be eaten, for example, on a special day or to spend the day in a special way, such recipes can be found. Moreover, eating these regularly will not be good at all. It is not good for our body. Since it has to be fried underwater. In this case, I think it is a very unhealthy food. In fact, oil is not good for our body. And eating food fried in oil all the time makes our body bad. That is why eating Pride Chicken is not good. That is what I think.
