Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject Coconut Pudding Recipe. I really liked this one. Coconut pudding has become very popular these days. I have made it myself a few times. And I like this recipe a lot. I think it is a beautiful and unique recipe. So I also tried it. Details :
First, I cut the coconut beautifully. Then I separated the coconut water. Along with that, I separated the coconut breath.
Then I separated the coconut flesh and cut it into very thin pieces. I will use these inside the pudding. So that it tastes good.
Then I put a pot on the stove with coconut water in it. Here I will heat the coconut water a little.
Then I added sugar to the coconut water. I mixed the sugar well.
Then I took some coconut water in a cup. Then I mixed agar agar powder in it. I mixed it well.
Then I put them in the oven for a while and cooked them well. After boiling for a while, I took them off the oven.
I took it off the stove and poured water into a bowl. In the meantime, I spread the chopped coconut flakes. Then I will cool them for a while. Once they are cool, I will put them in the fridge to set a little.
Then I took it out of the fridge. It turned out to be a very nice set. Then I molded it out.
