| White Cumin Seeds | ½ cup |
| Nigella Seeds (Kalonji) | ½ cup |
| Ginger–Garlic Paste | ½ cup |
| Salt | 1 teaspoon |
| Turmeric Powder | ½ cup |
| Red Chili Powder | ½ cup |
| Yogurt | ½ cup |
Cooking Procedure step by step
Fried chillies are a simple yet delicious snack or side dish that adds a spicy kick to any meal. Here’s a detailed guide to making them perfectly crispy and flavorful.
Step 1: Prepare the Spices
Grind white cumin (jeera), fennel seeds (saunf), and whole coriander seeds into a fine powder. Add crushed red chili to the mix.

Take a pan, add 2 tablespoons cooking oil, then add mustard seeds (rai), carom seeds (ajwain), and garlic-ginger paste.
