Guava from Pakistan and India is very famous all over the world for its deliciousness and flavor. There are two types of guava, one is white and yellowish and the other is red. Raw guava is green in color.

Benefits

The white guava is the most commonly found. When eaten, it increases the production of moisture in the body, which eliminates the acidity and sourness of the stomach. For this reason, it is also eaten as a digestive, and if the moisture increases excessively due to its excessive use, there is a risk of cholera. Small children should be fed its seeds because the seeds can cause stomach pain because the seeds are not digested quickly.

In addition, inflammation in the glands of the stomach and intestines gradually disappears with its use, but it should not be consumed in large quantities because there is a risk of cholera due to excessive consumption.

Guava is a delightful fruit that is nothing less than a blessing for those who are deficient in moisture and phlegm. It is a tonic for the mind and companions of such people. It is a sure-fire remedy for inflammation of the liver and kidneys. Guava is a very good laxative if it is sweet, but frequent colds and flu increase the heart's depression. Its use along with thirst reduces the damage. In addition, it is a diuretic and eliminates burning sensation in the urethra, but if urine is coming out drop by drop, it opens it.
