Hi everyone, hope you are all well. Today I am going to share with you the recipe for a sweet dish that my professor @suboohi, Has given me as a homework assignment. For those who love sweets, this is the best filling dish that you can eat anytime, anywhere. It is loved by children and adults alike, and I myself eat it with great enthusiasm. I hope you will like the dish I made.
1.Why eggs are added in desserts?? What kind of texture they give??.
Eggs are also added to desserts to bind all the ingredients together so that the shape of the item is maintained. In addition, when eggs are heated, the proteins in them coagulate, which strengthens the structure of cakes, custards, etc. In addition, eggs keep things soft and do not allow them to dry out.
2.Make any recipes that you like most from eggs or gelatin, with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images.
I will make egg custard here and I am listing the ingredients used in it here.

First of all, I took half a kilo of fresh milk, put it in a pot and put it on a low heat, and then took a little milk out of it and put it in a separate pot. When it got hot, I had all the ingredients in one place that I wanted to use in the egg custard, as you can see in the picture.

I poured some of the warm milk that I had taken out of the pot into another pot and added the custard powder to it and mixed it well. You can see in the picture how the custard powder has completely mixed into the milk and this custard is mango flavored, that is why the color of the milk has now turned light yellow.

Now, to give the egg custard a nice flavor, I peeled two small cardamom pods and added them to the boiling milk.

And I broke both the eggs and put them in a separate bowl. Then I added it to the milk in which I had dissolved the custard and mixed it well. At the same time, I added sugar to it according to taste and mixed it further. Now the milk I had was boiling and now I had to add this solution that I had prepared with the custard in it.

Now that I had the custard egg and sugar milk solution, which I had dissolved well in milk, I slowly added it to the boiling milk and kept stirring with a spoon so that it did not burn and kept the flame low. After cooking for some time, it thickened. Now it was ready. I took it off the stove and kept it aside, covered.

Now I took the fruit cakes I had out of the box and placed them in a dish in an orderly manner and put a layer of custard on top of them.

Now I put some water in a separate pot on the stove to heat and I put the green jelly packet I had in this water and cooked it for a while. When it started to thicken, I took it off the stove so that it could cool down and I could cut cubes out of it and place them on top of the egg custard as a design.

Now, from the coconuts, almonds, raisins, and bananas that I had, I cut one banana into small pieces as needed, washed and cleaned the almonds and raisins, and removed the stems from the raisins. Along with this, I also finely chopped the coconut.

I had the egg custard in a pot, and I arranged the bananas on top of it, and I also had some colored coconut pieces, so I added them a little bit on top for beauty.
Now I placed almonds, raisins and sliced bananas on top of this egg custard in an order to make it look beautiful and now it was ready, a very delicious egg custard.
3.Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe.
I didn't face any difficulty in making it because fresh milk is easily available here and all the other things I needed to add to it were also available, so I didn't face any difficulty.
What are nutritious benefits of your dessert?
The dessert I made uses eggs, and eggs contain a lot of protein, which strengthens muscles and repairs weak tissues. They contain various vitamins that build immunity in humans. Eggs are an excellent source of energy in the body.
I will suggest to some of my friends that they also prepare egg custard at home the way I have prepared it and definitely enjoy eating it.
