I had all these things that I have written in the ingredients table with me in terms of quantity. First, I washed the mint and coriander, along with the basil leaves, thoroughly with water so that any dirt etc. that was on them would come off and they would become completely clean.

IMG_20251031_133232_391.jpgIMG_20251031_133355_006.jpgIMG_20251031_133258_585.jpg

I had ginger, green chilies, and garlic, which you can see in the picture.Along with this, I also had turmeric, salt, and sugar, and I had kept the quantity I needed for this ketchup with me so that I would not face any problems later and I could easily add these things in quantity.

IMG_20251031_134230_086.jpgIMG_20251031_135218_994.jpg

Now I had one kilogram of tomatoes. I put them in a mesh basket and washed them thoroughly with running water. When the water dried, I chopped them finely with a knife.

IMG_20251031_141841_223.jpgIMG_20251031_141707_803.jpgIMG_20251031_141534_417.jpg

Now I separated the basil, mint and coriander leaves from the stems and then I measured the quantity using a small cup that I had. I took one cup of mint leaves, one cup of coriander leaves and half a cup of basil leaves, as you can see in the picture.

IMG_20251031_142315_816.jpgIMG_20251031_142023_008.jpg

I had six small pieces of garlic, which I peeled because I wanted to use them in the ketchup. I also had half a cup of water, which I wanted to use to cook the tomatoes.

IMG_20251031_142615_520.jpg

I put the chopped tomatoes in a pot and added half a cup of water so that they would boil easily and not stick to the pot. I slowly turned on the heat and started stirring with a spoon.

IMG_20251031_142851_336.jpgIMG_20251031_142829_917.jpg

While stirring the spoon, I added the one spoonful of chopped ginger I had and the six small pieces of garlic I had, one by one, into the pot so that they would cook with the tomatoes and their effects would be absorbed into the tomatoes.

IMG_20251031_143452_467.jpg

After a while, the skin of the tomatoes started to come off and they became completely soft and they started to separate their water. Now it was completely ready, so I turned off the stove and took the pot off and put it down so that it could cool down.

IMG_20251031_144239_200.jpgIMG_20251031_144156_250.jpg

Now these boiled tomatoes had cooled down completely and I put them in the blender jug and pressed the machine button so that they were mixed thoroughly and became fine. Now it was completely done and I took a mesh cloth and put it over a container and poured the tomatoes that I had blended into it and then filtered it with the help of the mesh.

IMG_20251031_145117_508.jpg

The tomatoes that I had put in the blender machine and finely chopped were filtered and were with me, as you can see in the picture.

IMG_20251031_150103_941.jpgIMG_20251031_145854_614.jpgIMG_20251031_145843_159.jpg

Now I took a separate vessel, added two tablespoons of cooking oil to it, and finely chopped the two green chillies I had, added them to it and kept stirring slowly. After a while, it started to smell good and its colour changed slightly, so I removed it from the flame.

IMG_20251031_150204_861.jpg

Now I put the filtered tomato solution that I had back in the pot and put it on the stove and slowly lit the fire below and added the salt, turmeric and red chili powder that I had and started spreading it slowly with a spoon. You can add or reduce the salt and chili according to your test, whichever you think is appropriate.

IMG_20251031_150118_569.jpg

Now I added the fried green chillies I had to this solution and kept stirring the spoon slowly so that the ketchup did not burn from the bottom.

IMG_20251031_150333_776.jpgIMG_20251031_150448_352.jpg

Now I had three tablespoons of grape vinegar and I was ready to add it to it now. You can see it in the picture and I am adding it so that it will make the test better and it will not spoil quickly.

IMG_20251031_150406_793.jpg

Now I had also added sugar to it. Please, those who are diabetic and do not use sugar, it will be better for them. They can prepare this ketchup according to their test and get the desired benefits.

IMG_20251031_150701_839.jpg

Now the ketchup had become completely thick and I had chopped the basil leaves, coriander leaves and mint leaves that I had into small pieces and now I added all of them to this ketchup and kept it on the fire for a while. This was a really thick and wonderful ketchup. Its aroma had spread all around and my mouth was watering to eat it.

IMG_20251031_153340_841.jpg

When this ketchup cooled down, I put it in a jar. It looks very beautiful. Now you can see it in the picture and your heart must be yearning to eat it.

IMG_20251031_153744_896.jpg

IMG_20251031_154747_670.jpg

Now I added some finely chopped coriander and mint leaves in the middle and cut the green chillies inside the flower on the sides and arranged the pieces in an orderly manner so that it looks beautiful. I hope you find it beautiful.

IMG_20251031_182206_558.jpg

We fried fish at home today night, so I eat this ketchup with the fish. The taste was amazing. The smell was amazing. I really liked the taste of it. I hope you will like this ketchup too.
