Hello Steemians, Today I will be joining you all to show you the ways I make use of my management time. Our day would not be in order without a good time management strategy.

01 How Do You Organize Your Daily Schedule?

I organize my daily schedule by using a notebook or my mobile phone. I make use of these methods because I find them to be the most effective. Every night before I go to bed, I take some time to make sure that I plan the next day adequately. I make a "Task list" by first of all writing the date, listing all the tasks that I need to do, and splitting my time into different sections. This enables me to stay concentrated and make sure that I don't waste time on unnecessary things. For me when I write down the Task list myself I become more committed to my plan, also enabling me to have a strong sense of responsibility.

In my notebook, I make sure that I include the necessary tasks and personal activities for the day and for the month, and make sure I follow them adequately. For example, I can make time for studying, doing assignments, attending classes, and exercising. I also ensure that I add daily chores that are to be done e.g washing clothes, which I do especially in the evening. I set aside some time to read, which helps me stay academically fit and opens me to new ideas and creativity. I try to read for at least 30 minutes and later for an hour usually in the afternoon or before I go to sleep.

In my task list, I also include some time to enjoy life, which allows me to allocate a free time for things I enjoy doing, and of which blogging is one of them, but I also use this time to either rest, listen to good music, or watch a movie it all depends on my mood. I am a young boy and I have come to discover that when I manage time effectively I turn out to be more productive and happy, this is the method I use to remain calm, organized, and take absolute control of my day.

02 What Is The Most Important Activity In Your Day That Takes Up The Most Of Your Time And Is Also Essential? With Original Images.

The activity that I find the most important in my day-to-day activities is reading. This is because I am preparing towards gaining admission into a university and I am ready to do well, I make sure that I grow academically and personally. Reading is the activity that helps me attain knowledge, helps me understand several subjects, and makes my updated all the time. Whether I am reading, articles, textbooks, or any educational material, I see it as a good part of an investment in my future.

As I tell you boy who knows the value of education I make sure that I dedicate quality to reading in the afternoon and also in the evening. During these moments, I keep in mind the topics that I relate to my studies, and at the same time, I read books that help improve my communication skills and widen my approach to things. Reading is not just an activity that helps me to do great at my academics but is a means where I learn problem-solving skills and also obtain critical thinking.

Beyond the educational mindset, reading is a productive way that I feel relaxed, and also a perfect way to make use of my free time. It helps me learn from the experiences and ideas of others and still improve myself. For this, I can say reading will remain the activity that takes up most of my day and I'm glad it is because it's helpful in terms of growth.

03 What Is The Technique That Saves You Time?

One of the techniques that I use for saving time is creating a to-do list and starting by arranging my tasks in order based on their priority before the day kicks off. This helps me not to think about what to do next every few minutes, because I have a laid out plan. This enables me to remain focused and avoid wasting time on unnecessary activities. All because I know what I need to do to make myself go from one task to another efficiently.

For instance, if I have clothes to wash, assignments to complete, and maybe a book to read I go to me to do list and identify the tasks that are the top priority or go with the most urgency. I may choose to complete my assignments in the morning because my concentration will be at its highest, wash the clothes in the afternoon, and then choose to read in the evening. This is the easy way I use to save time by preventing switching between several tasks. This makes me achieve a lot without feeling overwhelmed.

This habit has helped improve my productivity and time management strategies. Instead of quickly reacting to whatever comes up as the day goes by, I work based on my well-organized plan. It allows me to be organized and at the same time meet deadlines, and still have some time for relaxation and my personal interests. For me, a well-planned to-do list is one of the best methods to save time and stay focused.

04 Have You Ever Struggled With Poor Time Management? How Have You Improved It?

Yes, I have struggled with poor time management back in the past. There was a period where I would often begin my days without a clear plan, with the belief that I would handle the tasks immediately they came. But, it didn't go well because I spent a lot of time on social media, watching videos, and postponing the necessary responsibilities I had. As the deadlines draw closer, I often find myself rushing almost all the time to complete assignments and other personal tasks. This didn't just reduce the effectiveness of my work but also caused frustration and unwanted stress.

There is this experience that I had that still plays in my head till today whenever I am talking about "time management". It all happened during a busy academic period, when I suddenly had a lot of assignments that became due just in the same week. Yet I still delayed in doing them all because I felt there was still time left for them. Before I knew it, the deadlines were just a day away. This caused me to stay awake through the night to make sure that I finish every single one. Although I successfully submitted the work, I realized that my poor planning had turned a manageable situation into a frustrating and exhausting one.

It was from that moment that I made up my mind to improve my time management methods, by creating a daily and monthly schedule and also setting priorities. Every evening, I make sure that I write down tasks that I need to finish the next day and allocate time for each activity. I also started to limit distractions by focusing on one task at a time and making sure that I also rest when needed. The biggest lesson I figured out from all this is that time becomes easier to manage when we plan instead of responding at the dying seconds. This change made me more productive, stress-free, and in a comfortable position to achieve my goals.

05 What Advice Would You Give To Others To Manage Their Time Better?
  1. Plan Your Day Before It Begins: Spend some time every evening to write down the tasks you wish to accomplish the coming day. This is because if you have a clear plan of things to do you can easily prevent confusion and start your day with purpose.

  2. Prioritize Important Tasks First: Not every task is on the same necessity level as the other. I advise that you stay focused on the most urgent and valuable activities especially at the point of good energy and high concentration. By completely important responsibilities you will discover that you get rid of last-minute pressure and also increase your productivity throughout the day.

  3. Limit Distractions and Stay Focused: You can sometimes get distracted by social media, unnecessary notifications, and even multitasking, which can turn out to take up more of your time. I advise that we set specific periods for work, relaxation, and study. By providing adequate attention to each task separately, you can easily finish it efficiently and produce good results without overworking.

Time management isn't all about making sure that you always work every minute, it's just about using your time wisely to be productive. Small habits that I practiced could turn into productivity over time, creating a stress-free and balanced lifestyle.
