Today I am sharing my homemade Malai Keema recipe
This is a white gravy chicken keema that is very soft creamy and full of flavor
I made it with half kg chicken keema
In this recipe we will not add turmeric or red chili powder because we want to keep the color white and creamy
Ingredients
Half kg chicken keema
One onion
One tomato
Three to four tablespoons fresh cream malai
One cup yogurt
Half cup milk
Half cup cooking oil
One teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic powder
Half teaspoon white pepper
Half teaspoon black pepper
Green chilies
Do not add turmeric and red chili powder in this recipe
Method
First I take a pan and add chicken keema
Now I add yogurt cream milk cooking oil cumin seeds chopped onion chopped tomato green chilies and ginger garlic powder
I mix everything very well
Whenever you are making any white gravy or white masala dish always add half cup milk
We already add cream but milk makes the flavor more rich smooth and delicious
Now I cover the pan and cook it on low flame for thirty minutes on dum
When I see that the yogurt and milk have dried and the keema is well cooked and nicely roasted then I add salt half teaspoon white pepper and one teaspoon black pepper
I mix it well and give dum again for five minutes
My creamy and smooth Malai Keema is ready
Decorate with fresh coriander ginger slices and onion rings
Serve it with naan roti or chapati
