Under the blessings of Allah almighty. Friends, I am also fine and try to complete my works in better way.
Steemit friends, today I again among with you
as a contestant of a very interesting and amazing contest organized by a very respected
Ma'am @suboohi. Thank you ma'am for organizing such a knowledgeable contest
because through this contest we know about
the. different dishes or dasserts but also know
about the importance of the ingredients which
are used in these desserts 🎂.
Today, the dessert 🍪 which I made is so delicious and full of energy. I also made egg 🥚 and caramel pudding.The recipe is so simple and easy.
🌺 To make this pudding, I need the following ingredients:
• Milk: 500 gram/one glass
• Egg: 2
• Two tablespoons of sugar
• Ten green my
• Ten to twelve almonds
• Dry fruits as needed
🌺Preparation:
Step( 1)
To make this dessert, first I poured milk into a pan and then broke the eggs into it and beat the mixture well with the help of a blender.
Step (2)
Now in this mixture I added green cardamom powder and chopped almonds and blended it well again with a blender and put this mixture in another pan and in this pan with water, boiled water in a double steamer .
Step (3)
Put this mixture and covered the bowl with the mixture well and kept it in this boiler and after about half thickened.
**Step ( 4)**I poured this mixture into a clean and clear bowl and kept it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
🌺Preparation of caramel
Now in a frying pan I prepared caramel. I added a little water, sugar and
of ghee to the pan and prepared caramel on very low heat. After half thickened, I took the pudding out of the refrigerator. A very tasty pudding is ready.
🌺Benefits of the ingredients:

• Eggs 🥚 are a complete source of protein, and they are also rich in vitamins and minerals that play an important role in the development of our eyes and brain. Doctors strongly recommend that both adults and children eat an egg every day.
• Almonds are full sourse of antioxidant .It is also contains Vitamin E. It supports brain health.It probiaes energy to our mussels.
• **Green cardamom is helpful in digestion.
It is an antioxidant and antiinflammatory.
• sugar a great and quick source of energy.
It makes our desserts yummy.
