༻꧂Good Evening Steemians༻꧂

Assalam-O-Alaikum!

A warm welcome to everyone visiting my blog. I hope you are all doing well and spending a beautiful time in awesome weather just like me. I am really happy to take part in this cooking challenge organized by respected @suboohi ma’am. I wish your kitchens stay warm, your hearts stay happy. Your efforts bring you success. May Allah bless you all with joy, peace and countless blessings.

༻꧂Do you have any childhood memories with sweet buns.Have you made it before?༻꧂

Yes there are fond childhood memories associated with sweet buns. Hot buns were often found on the way home from school, with a little sugar or cream on them. Their aroma and mild taste is still remembered today, especially when the whole family eats them together with tea, a distinct delight.

As for making it, I have tried making it at home a couple of times. It felt a little hard at first, but when the buns were ready, it was really good. Homemade buns taste like something else. Especially when this is made with your own hands.

༻꧂Make Sweet bun by using the recipe given in contest or that you like, with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images. ༻꧂

The Ingredients Required For This Recipe Is:

SRIngredients
1All Purpose Flour Four Cup
2Yeast Two Teaspoon
3Milk One Cup
4Sugar 100 gm
5Salt Half Spoon Or As Taste
6Butter Softened 100 gm
7Two Eggs
8Ghee One Spoon Or As Taste

Step 1

First I add lukewarm milk in a bowl. Add little sugar to it and swirl it well so that it dissolves completely. Then I added the yeast and after mixing it a little, let it sit for a while, until it started to look a little foamy. This step is very important. It makes the dough rise well.

Step 2

After that I added the flour. I added an egg to the same mixture. I beat it well to combine everything. I also add the remaining sugar. Along with a pinch of salt and also a butter guys. I mix all the ingredients. I make a soft dough.

Step 3

Now it is time to knead the dough. The dough is sticking to the hands. Well I continued kneading it slowly. After some time the dough became soft and smooth. Then I cover it and let it rest so that it swells up nicely.

Step 4

Guys then after when I check the dough. It had risen a lot more than before. I kneaded it again with a light hand. It is to give it a better texture. Then I divide the dough into small equal parts.

Step 5

Then I took the small portions of the dough guys. I rolled each one into a long shape using my hands. After making it long I gently twisted it into a round form. Then I tucked one end through the other and pulled it out slightly. I created a beautiful knot like shape. In this way. I gave all the buns a nice and attractive design.

Step 6

Then I prepare the buns for steaming guys. First I greased the pan properly. So the buns wouldn’t stick. After that I gently placed all the shaped buns into the pan. I leaving a little space between them. I had already preheated the steam pan for about 10 minutes. So I kept the flame on low to medium. Ilet the buns steam for around ten minutes.

After that I lightly brushed some ghee on top of the buns to keep them soft and give them a nice shine. Then I let them cook for another 5 minutes. When they were done. The buns turned out soft, fresh and perfectly ready to enjoy.
