Hey Steemit, please send help!
I made the mistake of transferring SBD to my coinbase (BTC) wallet. Given that coinbase doesn't accept SBD at the moment, there is no transaction showing up in my wallet. However, the transfer was completed through @blocktrades ... so I'm wondering, what the heck happened? It would be a shame if I lost my money.
No problem, we returned your SBD. Your memo didn't ask us to do a conversion so we didn't try to send out any BTC to your coinbase address.
If there's a problem with a transaction, the best way to get our attention is an email to support@blocktrades.us

haha I did a similar thing when I first joined. Luckily blocktrades is super fast to respond and super awesome at customer service. :)
