Friends, I'm a huge fan of ripe jackfruit because of its sweet and delicious taste.
Every time I see ripe jackfruit, I can't resist tasting it, just like the ripe jackfruit in front of me right now.
I feel like I'm enjoying a traditional dish full of flavors. Ripe jackfruit is incredibly sweet, fragrant, and tender. Besides being eaten raw, ripe jackfruit is also delicious made into kolak (a type of fruit compote).
I love making jackfruit kolak every morning or afternoon to enjoy with my family at home. The process of making jackfruit kolak does require patience, but the results are very satisfying and leave everyone who tastes it feeling satisfied.
