Greetings
Contest alert- All in one contest W37: Food challenge
Today, I will be sharing my daily meal plan with you. This short post outlines what I typically eat from morning till night on most days—considering not only how beneficial these foods are for the body, but also how comfortable children would feel eating them and the nutritional benefits they would derive from them. This competition is undoubtedly wonderful, and it has been organized by @steemkidss. I express my sincere gratitude to them for hosting such a magnificent contest. So, without further ado, let’s take a quick look at the photos—

I would like to post my daily meal plan for this competition, along with some photographs. This could prove to be highly beneficial for both children and adults alike.
Waking up in the morning and drinking water on an empty stomach after freshening up is highly beneficial for the body; however, since I do not particularly enjoy the taste of plain water, I opt for a type of sherbet-like beverage instead. I prepare this drink by soaking psyllium husk, a small amount of sugar, and a type of tree gum—known as Kathila—in a container of cold water overnight. I consume this mixture on an empty stomach; it is extremely beneficial for the body and helps keep it cool. Therefore, if you wish, you can also serve this drink to your children in the morning.
Afterward, I had a very light meal—specifically, puffed rice mixed with a small amount of chopped onions, cucumbers, and peanuts. Later in the afternoon, I had rice accompanied by a vegetable dish and fish curry. Since these dishes were prepared using very minimal spices and oil, they constitute a highly healthy meal. Rice and fish provide energy to the body, while vegetable-based dishes supply essential nutrients; therefore, it is crucial to ensure that children consume plenty of vegetables and fish.
Later in the afternoon, I ate a very small amount of fruit—specifically Karomcha and cucumber—which are highly beneficial. For dinner, I had a boiled egg. Consuming boiled eggs helps provide a significant boost of energy, even for children. Therefore, it is essential to include one or two boiled eggs in your daily diet.
