A Reflection 🪞
Sometimes I do feel like I should just go into total isolation and sometimes I do feel like I should just be around nature to get myself or go to a place where I can relax with drinks and food just me and friends in a public place.
Isolating myself does make people think I am an introvert without them knowing that I am trying to get myself and avoid any form of worries or anything that would contribute to spoiling my mood. Feeling happy and smiling is what gives me joy more than thinking over issues.
During the day, after a workout routine, I told myself that returning home would just be for me to take a break and refresh myself like taking my bath before going to a lonely and calm spot to rejuvenate myself. I believe one of the ways that I can rejuvenate myself better is by isolating myself from the crowd or being in a calm place that is surrounded by nature.
That was exactly what I did, and it helps me to regain myself much better and faster. I left my house for the hottest and most calm spot in the town and moved away from people to a lonely place which was just myself, nature, and the drink I bought. I look around, left and right, up and down to one who talks to me alone, and before I could know, birds start flying over my head which I saw as a blessing.
Whether you are actually an introvert or not, one of the things I've learned about being introverted is that I really do like being with other people, but I gain my strength and recharge my batteries only from being by myself, usually in nature where there are no other people around. I need these recharge periods by myself — preferably a couple of times a day — in order to not become grumpy and unhappy.
That's it. Most of the time when we try to be alone so we can reflect people may feel we're avoiding them. I am glad to also hear your own side on how you have gained your strength much better. Thanks for your support.
