THIRD QUARTER AWARDING

Good day everyone!

As a teacher, I always give credit to those students who performed well every quarter. This is to boost their confidence even more and to motivate all the learners to perform well next time.

I prepared a unique powerpoint presentation to recognize my top students. This quarter, the theme of my ppt is Encantadia. It is a famous teleserye here in Philippines. Everyone were so excited and at the same time nervous while watching the ppt.

Before recognizing the honor students, I first give a certificate of students who had a perfect attendance in the entire quarter. The Department also wanted to recognize them to encourage students to regularly go to school and receive an award.

Afterwards, I gave certicate to my achiever students. These are the students who got 88-89 average grade. Followed by students with honor who got 90-94 grade average. Then with high honor with 95-97 average grade. And I got 2 students having that award.

Everyone were so happy seeing their faces on the monitor and receiving their certificates. Yes the certificates are just papers yet the kids were so happy because that papers signifies that they worked so hard this quarter. And I am always so proud of them. This quarter I got 14 performing students and as their adviser I am so happy for them.

Giving something or even an award really boost every students confidence. So, as their second mother in school I always see to it that I can motivate them and have a confidence to work hard next quarter.
