Step 01 |

Cut a piece of cardboard into a circle and stick a computer sheet on it with the help of a black colored glue stick. In this way. a circle will be created.
Step 02 |

Cut three strips of sky blue forming sheet into two-inch lengths. Cut a very thin strip and stick it on the right and left sides of the circle with the help of a glue stick. The three long strips that have been cut will be stuck on the top of the circle.

I cut three black circles above the cartoon's ears and glued them with a glue stick. To make the cartoon's eyes, I glued two light blue circles into shapes. After making the cartoon's eyes. I made a smile 😉🙂 And I glued two strips cut into two inches wide with a glue stick.

Make two large circles from black computer paper and cut two strips of 1 inch length from light blue fabric paper.

I will glue the large computer sheet circles that I made under the feet of the cartoon with the help of a glue stick and just like that a very beautiful cartoon is ready.
