My Holiday fitness Routine begins
Due to work and other engagements, I reduced my fitness routines to only Sundays and Mondays. And those 2 days are not enough for me because a balanced fitness routine should be at least 3 days in a week. But those days are the day I go out with some family and friends around me that loves to workout with me. You know that I am now in a new city, trying to form a group here that have the same fitness goals with me.

But whenever those friends are not going to come out, I will just relax. This made me to be lazy with my fitness routine. But then, I thought of the best ways to keep myself in my fitness routine without going back. I then decided to use a space in my apartment as a fitness space. I make use of that space any day we are not going out as a group. I start on December 20th since my break from work started on the 19th. Since then, I have been more regular.
On that 20th, I was able to take up a challenge that is progressive and that is skipping. I chose to skip on daily basis but on incremental level. On the first day which is the 20th, I was able to use by skipping rope and skipped 500 repetitions. The highest I went at a time was 100 skips. But I was able to meet my target of 500.

I also added other programs like the one you watched in my video that I uploaded here. Also watch the other videos to understand the other programs.
The programs I carried out are
Skipping rope
Squats
Lounges
Jumping jacks, and others
I spent about 2 hours exercising. I also stretched in the end. It was worth all efforts. Remember that I am carrying out a challenge which is incremental skipping. I will also post other days and how I was able to achieve it. On the whole, commitment, patience, consistency and target-oriented are the qualities that are helping me. I can't wait to see results.
I was adding weight seriously and my Tommy started being big again. But now, I have it in control.
