Hope everyone are well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah.I am also very well by the grace of the Almighty Allah,Alhamdulillah for that.I am a teacher by profession, a volunteer blood donor. Yesterday, December 16th, was our country's great Victory Day. I finished my household chores in the morning and left for my son's school. His class starts at 9, but I have to be present for the Victory Rally at my school at 8. I left with my son at 8 AM and bought him a flag in the red and green colors of our Bangladesh, our pride.
Today was the grand Victory Day celebration of our beloved Madhabdi Western School and the farewell ceremony for the fifth-grade students, along with the lively Pitha Festival of the winter season. In this event, our dear Abdul Malek Molla Sir delivered a poignant speech for the fifth-grade students, and our respected principal Rehana Parveen Ma'am also spoke. The day was filled with enthusiasm, thanks to the presence of all esteemed teachers, our beloved students, and parents, Alhamdulillah. Prayers continue for all our students. 🤲
Since it is winter season in Bangladesh, a large-scale Pitha festival was organized at our school. The festival included items such as vapa pitha, chitoi pitha, and phuchka jhal muri, among others. All our classes, along with their guardians, participated in the festival, and there was a huge crowd of people who arrived in the morning for pitha. We had given out tokens to everyone so that they could collect the pithas according to their tokens.
Our teacher makes various beautiful crafts at home and works with resin. She creates beautiful decorative pieces for the house and also makes many different types of decorative items. On the occasion of December 16th, she brought some parcel items for us. We arranged them for display on the street and seated the children so they could showcase them to our various guardians.

Victory Day celebration with 5th farewell and Pitha Festival was all so vibrant for the memory. I was so touched by the unity teacher, students and parents. Pitha Festival was also a fantastic medium to conserve culture and impart value of togetherness to the children from childhood. The fifth-grade send-off was quite their emotional, too. Receiving the badge and the words of encouragement from the teachers will surely be a valuable memory for the children in their educational journey to come. Let them be intelligent and virtuous and love their country. Thanks for letting us share this wonderful moment.
