Hello everyone!

Banana is a sweet and soft fruit. It is yellow in colour when ripe. Banana grows on banana plants not on trees. It is very easy to eat and liked by children and elders. Banana is used as a fruit, in shakes, cakes and sometimes cooked food. It gives instant energy. So many people eat it in the morning.

Banana is mostly found in the summer season. But in different country like Pakistan, banana is available all of the year. This is grown in warm areas and harvested in different times. So we can buy banana in winter too but summer is its main season.

In which season is banana found?

The price of banana is not fixed. It changes with season and area. In Pakistan, the price is mostly affordable. We can buy one dozen bananas 200 rupees. This will be 10 $Steem in steem currency. Sometimes price go high due to weather and transport issues. Still, banana is cheaper than many fruits.

Banana is very simple fruit but its benefits are really big. Many people eat banana daily without thinking much about it. I feel banana is one of those fruits which quietly help our body. It does not show off but it works inside. From poor people to rich people, everyone can eat banana easily and that makes it special for me.
One important benefit of banana is energy. When we feels tired or weak, banana gives quick strength. Many students feel low energy in school and college, especially during exams time. Banana helps them stay active. I have seen many teachers saying, eat a banana before exam, it helps brain and body both. I think they are right.
Banana is also very good for stomach. People who have digestion problem, constipation or stomach pain can eat banana. It is soft and easy to digest. In our homes, elders always say banana is safe food for stomach. When someone is sick or weak, banana is the first fruit they suggest.

Another benefit of banana is for heart health. Banana has potassium which helps control blood pressure. When blood pressure stays normal, heart stays healthy. Old people are advised to eat banana regularly. It is natural and does not need any medicine. This is why banana is trusted fruit.
Banana is good for brain health. When we feel sad, stressed or overthinking too much. Banana help improve mood. It gives calm feeling and reduces stress slowly. I personally feel relaxed after eating banana, like body is saying thank you.

For students, banana is like a silent friend. It helps memory and focus. During long study hours, banana keeps mind fresh. It is cheap, so even students from poor families can afford it. In this way, banana is also supports education which is very emotional thing for me.
Banana also helps bones and muscles. Children who are growing need strong bones and banana helps them.

People who do hard work or exercise feel muscle pain, banana helps muscles recover. It gives strength without any side effects.

In the end, I want to say banana is not just a fruit, it is care from nature. It supports health, energy, mind and heart. Eating banana daily is small habit but it gives big benefits. I really believe banana is blessing for everyone.
