I've consistently had a devotion for drawing and doing innovative work. I am partaking in this week's cute contest with another drawing. This time I've tried to bring an immersing and humorous scene in which a duck or goose is seen running about wearing a academe bag. I had a lot of fun forming this image and needed to partake the whole procedure with you all.

✏️ Step #1: Initial sketch

First I made a light pencil sketch of the duck's head. I made the beak and eye very simple to bring out the basic shape of the image. Not much detail was given in this step as the aim was only to understand the shape.

✏️ Step #2: Making the neck and body

After that I made the long neck and along with it I created the initial shape of the body. Then I sketched out the backpack strap and backpack to make it look like the duck is going to school. At this stage the picture was starting to look quite interesting.

✏️ Step #3: Legs and Movement

In the third step I made the duck legs. I showed one leg forward and the other back to make it look like she was running fast. Also created the shape of the shoes to add a bit of humor to the image.

✏️ Step 4: Detailing the wings

I then drew fine lines in the wings to make them look natural. I also added lighter lines around the body to make the texture of the wings and body clearer.

✏️ Step #5: Land and final touches

Finally I created the shape of the ground below to complete the scene of the duck running. Then after looking at the whole image I erased the lines in a few places and finally wrote my name and date.

I really enjoyed making this drawing because it has a bit of humor in it. Sometimes we only draw serious pictures but such interesting drawings also teach us a lot. Through this process I realized that the most important thing in creative work is Imagination.
I will advise all friends if you want to learn drawing then practice a little daily. Gradually your skills will improve.
