It is a Sunday today and it is a special day across the whole world especially in Christian countries and communities. It is a day when almost every Christian goes to church which today I dedicate to the special day in the house of God.

It is not just Sunday today, but a special day that marks mothers day celebration. As I went to church I went so early but chose to sit at the back so I would be able to see from afar and capture pictures. The service begins with fellowship, worship, preaching of the word of God, offerings, dancing, thanksgiving, and others.

While inside the church, the pastor was preaching he then called all mothers outside as it is Mother's Day in my church. A lot of mothers went out to the altar, where the pastor prayed for all the mothers.

It didn't stop with just prayer, the pastor went to invite children to appreciate their mothers, show love and support to their mother, and while saying that people started walking to the altar to celebrate their mothers.

Gifts were presented, to mothers by their children for those who were around and for those who weren't with gifts, they credited their mother's account with mothers. All children stood by their mother's side and I must say that the love was massive today in the church.

Everyone was happy with the way the pastor recognised all mothers and allowed their children to appreciate their mothers in the church. It was an awesome Sunday service.
