SLC-S29/W2 | How to Photograph Lakes / Swamps / Calm Ponds by @samsunnaharsuity
Assalamu Alaikum and best regards to all dear members of the Steemit family. Hope you are all well and healthy. By God's grace I am fine. Today I am here to share with you a post of my participation in the STEEM LENS Community's SLC-S29/W2 Challenge – How to Photograph Lakes / Swamps / Calm Ponds. Basically, it is a photography learning competition, where the participants get a chance to capture the beauty of a calm water body, lake, pond or wetland through various photography techniques. I sincerely thank @walictd brother for organizing this beautiful and educational contest. I personally love photography very much. Seeing the silent beauty of nature with my own eyes and capturing those feelings in the frame of the camera is a different kind of joy for me.In light of this challenge,I captured moments of the river flowing past my Nanubari and the calm waters around. Although there is no big lake here, the calm water of the river, the reflection of the plants, the scene of boats, birds and people's daily life have created a unique peaceful atmosphere. I hope you will like my effort. So let's start...
Cool water is a kind of silent beauty. I have collected these pictures from a quiet river that flows through my nanabari side. While taking these pictures, I faced an environment. Looking like words speaking more. In the lake or calm river water, the reflection of the sky, plants and people's daily life, mixed a unique scene. In this blog, I tried to highlight the stories of those moments. When the water is completely steady towards the tall or light sunshine. Then it works like a natural mirror. The pictures are seen. Green plants of two sides are clearly reflected in water. Somewhere again, the round wave made in the boat, added new dimensions to the visual stero of the film. These scenes prove that just not a perfect reflection. Light movement can also make a picture alive.

A picture shows that some fishermen are fishing with boats. The design of the net on calm water and the shadow of the boat has created a kind of symmetry. This scene is not just natural beauty, but rather it also tells the real story of rural life. Again, in another picture, the duck team is seen quietly swimming, which has brought more peace in the whole environment. I tried to hold natural colors while taking pictures. Without using additional filters, the blue, water gray-green and normal green color of the tree became the main strength of the picture. Somewhere somewhere, the dry soil colored colored in the picture, which made the whole scene more real.

Standing around this river, sometimes it seems to be able to take pictures from the boat and to take pictures from the boat. It should be telling the story itself. The silence of people's daily work, boats, birds and water silence. A calm and fixed conduct has been created in all. The biggest attraction of this place is its naturalness and uninterrupted tranquility, which allows you to lose some time away from the city's racket. These pictures are not just photographed to me, but rather the memory of some real moments spent with calm nature.

This part of the river is not just a visible natural place to me. Rather, it is a familiar world bound up in memories and emotions. When I was a child, I spent a lot of time on the banks of this river. Sometimes looking at the boat, sometimes counting the waves by throwing stones in the water. These small moments are still etched in my mind. I have tried to capture that familiar river in the frame of the camera anew. Different characters of the river have been caught in these pictures. Somewhere the river is completely still, as if time has stopped. Somewhere, the movement of people, fishing or the movement of boats has created a natural rhythm on the water. This variability deepens the beauty of the river. The same river, yet each moment brings a different feeling.

The riverside life can also be seen up close here. Fishermen, boats, ducks or trees on the banks. All in all, the river is not only a part of nature, but also closely related to the way of life of people. Each element in the picture tells a silent story of human relationship with the river, where no words are needed. I have tried to let the river express itself in its own language. I have tried to keep it the way I saw it, without bringing in extra decorations or artificial presentation. The color of water, light and shadow and the natural rhythm of the environment have become the main strength of the pictures.

The biggest feature of this river is its calm nature. If you stand here quietly for a while, your mind becomes lighter. The pictures convey that feeling. Where there is no rush, no noise,There is only the river's own silence.
