ATM machines are one of the most useful things in today's time. People have become dependent on ATM machines to withdraw money. I decided I would pin these ATM machines to the Steam Atlas.
Multazim Spinning Mills in our Area is a large textile factory where thousands of workers work. This Dutch-Bangla single booth ATM is located next to the main gate of Multazim Spinning Mills. Multazim Spinning Mills is located a little inside Bhradoba. Since this factory employs thousands of workers, it is a very busy factory and a large number of people withdraw money from this ATM booth every day. Anyway, today I am here with a review of this ATM booth.
Number of ATM machines
There are only two machines in this ATM booth. Of these two machines, one is an ATM and the other is a CRM machine. They must know that only cash can be withdrawn from ATM machines and that cash withdrawal and deposit services are available from CRM machines. One ATM and one CRM machine here are not enough for several thousand people. To be honest, there was a dire need for a few more ATM machines here, but the authorities are not increasing the machines here.
After Ft close This ATM machine serves for Everyone all day and night. This machine is useful for emergency money withdrawal.

Management & Services
This is a single ATM booth so there is no fast track officer and supervision has to be done from a remote fast track. Our Bhaluka Fast Track Officer maintains this single booth ATM.

I noticed a lot of mismanagement in this fast track. The security guard here was not wearing his proper attire. Moreover, most of the time he is not seen at single booth ATMs. He stands far away from the ATM machine and tries to monitor the machine's movements from a distance, which is completely unsafe and unprofessional. Every time I go to this ATM booth, I inform the fast track officer of Bhaluka about the security of this booth, but so far no good action has been observed.
Personal Report about This Ft
I have noticed several mismanagements at this ATM booth, especially the two ACs here have been broken for a long time and they are not being fixed. The UPS battery here is only capable of keeping the machine running for 10 minutes during a power outage. This amount is very low because ATM machines shut down within a few minutes of a power outage, so my machines are starting to wear out quickly. Moreover, the security guard here does not do his duty properly and does not wear his uniform. Overall, I have raised objections about this ATM booth several times, but no good action has been taken yet. However, there was a special need for several more ATM machines here, but the authorities have only provided two machines here, which is completely inadequate. Overall, I noticed some mismanagement at this ATM booth which is not good at all.
