I have learned about the catch study given by mam, but like mam, today I will share a reason, so stay by my side.
You have to find a case study like I have shared but not the same disease, then confirm the diagnosis of the disease, add 3 to 4 causes. |

Case Study
Saiful is an office computer operator; He is 39 years old. he works all day sitting at the computer in the office. He works on the computer for about 8 hours every day. For about 4 months, he started feeling pain in his right hand gradually. The pain started below the wrist; now this pain has spread to the elbow. Due to this pain, he cannot lift anything with his hand, even when using a mobile phone; he feels pain, as well as when moving the mouse or typing on the computer. However, the pain decreases somewhat after resting or applying ice to the painful area and after taking medicine.
Diagnosis.
After listening to the patient's history and description, we understand that he is suffering from a disease called Tennis elbow. It is caused by a problem in the joints of the muscles and bones. When he rotates the computer mouse for a long time, both his wrist and elbow rotate, so he puts pressure on the muscles and tendons, which causes him pain. First, this part becomes inflamed, then it becomes chronic, and the cells deteriorate, due to which it cannot absorb anything.
Reasons.
Below, I am explaining the reasons for this.
Typing, writing, using a mobile phone or using a computer mouse for a long time.
Working with the elbow or wrist in the wrong position causes tension in the muscles and tendons of the hand.
Micro-injuries occur in the tendons while lifting heavy objects, which gradually cause pain and swelling.
Usually, the elasticity of the tendons of people aged 40-60 years decreases. This easily causes sprains or injuries.
You have to share symptoms of your patient history and confirm that diagnoses of the given cases study. |

Yes, I am sharing the patient's history and symptoms below.
🟧
Symptoms.
Feeling pain in the right hand for about 4 months.
The pain first starts from the elbow to the wrist, especially on the outside of the elbow.
Usually, the pain increases when typing, writing or using a mobile phone.
Pain is severe when lifting heavy objects.
Pain is relieved by resting, applying ice or heat.
Pain is mild for no reason when waking up at night or in the morning.
Sometimes the hand feels stiff, but there is no swelling or change in color.
🟦
Diagnosis of the patient's disease.
The following simple tests are given to confirm the diagnosis by a physiotherapist or doctor.
Cozen's test
The patient will clench his hand and keep his wrist high, the doctor will push his wrist down, and the patient will resist.Mill's test
The patient's hand is kept straight and lowered below the elbow. If there is pain on the outside of the elbow, Tennis elbow is positive.Maudsley's test
The middle finger is straightened and raised against resistance; if there is pain, the extensor digitorum muscle is affected.
You have to find the best protocol for any disease and then perform the exercises of your specific task. It would be better to perform the exercises and share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment. |

Since I have known the history of this disease and diagnosed the disease and it is a Tennis elbow disease, I am performing 3 exercises for this disease, and I am taking pictures and videos of it.
- Exercise is the best way to relieve muscle pain. To do this, first keep your hand straight in front of you, bend your wrist, and pull your fingers towards you with the other hand. You will feel tension in both your wrist and hand. This should be done for 20 seconds and done 5 times.
- To do the second exercise, keep your hand and elbow bent, hold your fingers in a fist, then press hard on the muscles of the hand with the other hand and move the fist up and down. This will tighten the muscles of the wrist from the elbow and relieve the pain. This exercise should be done 3 times for 15 seconds each.

- The most effective way to relieve pain is to apply ice to the painful area. However, this ice should not be applied directly, so I wrap some ice in a cotton cloth and apply it to the painful area, and it works best. I keep this ice on for 10 minutes and do it twice a day; the pain subsides quickly.

Saludos apreciado amigo.
