Question: if a player trades a food ration and RECEIVES water purification tablets for this round,
Can they THEN trade their new SUPPLY of water purification tablets to another player in exchange for something? (And use the water tablets themselves too?)
My understanding was that any recipients were getting a ONE ROUND USE of water purification tablets.

I treat the Water Purification Tablet supply as kind of endless, since they won't be used all that often
