Greetings, Steemit Team:

We thank you for choosing us as your Community Curators in January 2026. As we are excited to work together account. We are excited and proud have the opportunity to demonstrate our drive.

Our members are prepared to act with honor and passion as Curators of the January 2026 Community. I formally introduce the team:

We present to you today our Team Rules.

As Team in January 2026, our three-person alliance will focus on community content curation And beyond the communities directly on the blogs, we want to encourage the participation of excellent authors and publications as team members.

We plan to make a concerted effort to find high-quality content and reward innovative content creators.

We will also provide appropriate assistance if users encounter issues with their posts or to improve their presentation.

Guidelines

We are committed to working this month according to the guidelines from the Steemitblog curator announcement for September. Your team will curate according to the following guidelines:

No We will support:

✖️ Plagiarized publications.

✖️ Authors receiving BID-BOT support.

✖️ Spam or illegal content.

✖️ The post contains AI content.

✖️ The author is running.

✖️ The post contains copyrighted images.

Yes we will support:

✔️ Quality posts.

✔️ Exclusive Steem posts
Personal blogs beyond the community.

✔️Unique and valuable feedback.

While club status plays a significant role in receiving support, those without it can still receive some support if their post is high-quality and unique.

Working hours

Our team's goal is to upvote between 22 and 25 posts and 3 to 5 comments every day, while maintaining a PV of 80% to 100%. We will continue the healing according to the diagram.

Healing pattern

✔️ High-quality content receives significant support, up to 50%, while the minimum positive vote rate is 30%. This indicates that the number of upvotes depends on the quality of the content.

✔️ The percentage of upvotes for positive comments will range from 10% to 15%, depending on the quality of the comment.

Each post voted on by team will receive its respective comment from the team, We promise to strive to fulfill our responsibilities and always adhere to the guidelines established by.
