We hope you enjoyed the 4th week of Season 30's learning challenge and gained some new knowledge from the "Traditional steam cooking" method. I want to express my gratitude to everyone who put in the effort to submit their entries.

In the 4th week, we discussed the recipe for making Idiyappam in the traditional steam-cooking series, along with details on its preparation and health benefits. 9 people participated in this competition, which was held from the 23 March to the 29 March 2026. All of them shared their recipes and presented the post very well .

This time, nine participants took part in the fourth-week Steam Cooking competition. Since many lacked the necessary equipment, they utilized alternative methods to successfully complete the assigned task in an excellent manner.

However, a few participants did not execute it quite right, as they struggled to align with the core concept. Conversely, many not only grasped the concept perfectly but also executed the task flawlessly using alternative techniques.

My sincere appreciation goes out to them for their efforts. Although everyone performed well this week, as the selection is limited to only five individuals, I have no choice but to select just those five. This does not imply, however, that they are the only ones who are truly excellent. I encourage everyone to definitely participate in next week's competition to secure your opportunity for victory.

This student participated in the course curriculum last week, where he not only mastered the cooking technique associated with this scheme but also executed the concepts and tasks assigned to him with absolute perfection. Despite lacking the necessary equipment, he utilized everyday household items to complete the assignment flawlessly and presented his work most beautifully. The participant in this competition—our partner—has correctly grasped the concept I provided; not only did they answer the questions we posed, but they also successfully completed the assigned task. The final result and presentation of the dish they prepared were truly excellent. Their documentation of the preparation process was superb, and the photographs they captured were beautiful. In appreciation of their efforts, I have selected this entry as one of the top contenders for this week.

This competitor answered every question and did a great job explaining her idea according to the concept. Based on how she understood the competition's idea, she created the Idiyappam (rice noodles). Her photos, presentation, and recipe were all really good. I consider her to be among the best performers.

In addition to having a solid understanding of the subject covered last week, this student who took part in the competition gave precise responses to the questions we asked. She also provided a great recipe for the assignment they were given, along with some amazing photos. Her idiyappam(rice Noodles) appeared to be both tasty and nutritious.
