When you are a newcomer, powering up is very important. In that regard, this writer has been powering up and posting about it. He has been consistently powering up and is growing rapidly. He is a role model for new newcomers. To encourage him, I have selected this post as a featured post.

As newcomers, Steemians try to share their activities from morning until bedtime with various routines, from buying a new cell phone to taking the time to enjoy a drink together. Taking advantage of the moment to learn about Steemit is at least a positive thing for a teenager of school age to do.

I have selected this publication because, through the food diary, the author describes each meal he has enjoyed that day in a special way, demonstrating how meticulous he is in putting together his menu and how careful he is with each meal. For example, he controls his fat intake because he suffers from stomach problems, and he also shares how he cleans his food before cooking it, which is good advice for everyone. A diary with a lot to teach.

Through his diary, the author shares two passions that are very important in his life and allow him to enjoy life to the fullest. These are activities that allow us to enjoy life more: creativity and exercise. As a student, participating in school activities from morning to noon is very important, and playing is something that is indeed necessary for children of junior high school age.
