Select this post, as the author focuses her first post of the year on giving thanks, and this is an example for us all: giving thanks multiplies our blessings. It is wonderful to see that at her young age she is committed to her church, giving thanks to God for everything that happened in the previous month and asking for care for the new month. Through her diary, she carries out her activities in a responsible and joyful manner, always giving thanks, which is key to receiving blessings.- @ mvchacin

I Chose this post because the author conveys the meaning of friendship by supporting her friend in her cultural activities, enjoying and describing the costumes, attitudes, dances, and music of each cultural event she attends, while also recounting her own experience of each artist's performance, where they demonstrated the reflection of their heritage, with confidence and grace, unity and strength. Men honour their roots and respect them. I really enjoyed the event.- @ mvchahcin

The simple things that Steemians do, playing games and working together to pack aid packages that are also collected together with the younger generation. Besides that, they also take the time to enjoy coffee together. A togetherness that continues to be fostered for something very positive. This is why I chose this post..- @ muzack1

Newcomer observation:

In addition to supporting newcomers' posts, we also check their profile activities. It is the responsibility of Curation team to check whether anything unusual is being done by bypassing the rules provided by Steemitblog.

Voting support is given to encourage newcomers to stay active on the platform and to increase their profile strength. A newcomer is given voting support for up to 3 months after joining the platform, and after passing this period, they are guided to grow themselves by staying active and engaged with the community.

Since the same team and curators have been assigned to the newcomer curation team several times, as curators, we develop an idea about users activity while visiting their profiles. While checking profiles, some newcomers have been seen to perform a full power down of their accounts after the voting support from the newcomer curation team stopped according to the rules after their 3 months of joining the platform.

The profile activities of some users have been mentioned in the table above. Powering down is a user's personal matter. However, it is a matter to observe that the profiles were not seen to be active through any posts or other activities on the platform after completing their 3 months.

It is not possible to say for sure whether the user's power down is being given for any necessity or intention, but this matter has to be kept in consideration because no more activities were seen from their profiles after completing 3 months of receiving support from the support program.

The newcomer curation team is a good initiative from Steemitblog for newcomers to increase their visibility on the platform and to be encouraged, so we always hope that newcomers always follow the correct rules on the platform and do not get involved with any kind of unusual activities.

Thank you very much.

Best Regards,
