On behalf of the Team Highlight, I will present the curation report for the first week, covering the period from April 01 to April 07.

We have completed our first week of curation, and we solve any situation as a team. Our team manages the steemcurator05 account and supports the eligible publications of users accross the platfrom. 9 days ago, our team published curation guidelines, which you can find here: Curation Guidelines for April 2026 by Team Highlight

All the team members put effort into finding and selecting the best publications. Throughout the week, our team has voted on 168 eligible posts. The curation statistics for the last seven days (April 01 to April 07) are given below:

Statistics :

Curator

Our team consists of three curators. According to the schedule, lhorgic has completed 3 day of curation, while the other two members have each completed two days of curation tasks this week. Together, we have successfully curated a total of 168 posts and supported 23 comments. We also managed to reach out to authors from 16 different countries and engaged with users across 38 different communities.

Communities

Our team has actively explored a wide range of communities to find the best quality content. This week, we have supported authors across 38 different communities. Steem4Nigeria community received the highest support with 15 votes, followed by Incredible India with 14 votes and Comunidad Latina with 13 votes.

Country

In our curation days, we always try to support authors from different parts of the world to maintain diversity. This week, we have reached out to users from 16 different countries. The highest number of support went to Venezuela with 46 votes, followed by Nigeria with 39 and Bangladesh with 36 votes. We also extended our support to authors in Indonesia, Pakistan, Colombia , India, Ukraine, Colombia and many more..

This week, we curated a total of 168 posts, where 114 authors belonged to Club5050, 27 authors were in Club75, and 09 author was in Club100.

Here is a beautiful post on Agriculture by this user, who walked us through the process of cultivating ginger. You can tell that he has enough experience in this field. He carefully narrated how he went about planting his ginger which when matured and harvested would be a viable source of income for him. I believe posts like this would encourage young people to maximize fallow lands around them and be self employed.- @ lhorgic

Here is a beautiful post from a contest whose focus is actually on self reflection and evaluation. The user was quite honest about her weakness and her flaws. The most important part of the post was the part where she mentioned her resolve to work on that part of her personality that she isn't very proud of. Since the Chandradham Temple is situated on a hilltop, special care was taken to ensure the journey was comfortable and manageable for the elderly members of the group.
