Went to the hawker centre at Lorong 5 Toa Payoh for late lunch. The hawker centre wasn't crowded then.

I was there because I saw a rather new soup stall there recently. I bought an ABC Soup, a curry chicken and a bowl of rice to share with my wife. We were happy enough with the meal which cost $10.20 and decided to buy food from the same stall for her parents.
我去那里是因为最近看到那里有个新开的汤摊。我买了一碗ABC汤、一份咖喱鸡和一碗米饭和太太一起吃。我们对这顿$10.20的饭菜很满意，于是决定也从同一摊位买点东西给她的父母吃。
However, there was an incident after I collected my food. An lady at the table from the next row got up to hold an old man's head and his body was leaning towards her. Sensing something not right, I went over and asked her if I should ambulance. She agreed and think her husband may be having a stroke. I called for the ambulance. Then went to the road side to wait for the ambulance to arrive to wave them and guide them in while the lady look after the man. It took about 10 minutes for the ambulance to arrive. That felt forever. After the paramedics came, I left them in the good hands of the professionals and leaf.
然而，我取餐后发生了一件小事。隔壁桌的一位女士起身扶住一位老人的头，老人的身体正向她倾斜。我感觉不对劲，便走过去问她是否需要叫救护车。她同意了，觉得她丈夫可能中风了。我叫了救护车。然后我走到路边等救护车，一边招手，一边引导他们进去，女士则照顾着老人。救护车大约等了10分钟才到。感觉像是过了很久。医护人员到来后，我把他们交给了专业人员就离去了。
