My first encounter with Mullet fish
I have heard of different kinds of fish, but this mullet is different. Although mullet is not a commonly eaten fish in my region, it is very expensive; a kilo of mullet costs 3,300 naira, which equivalent to 32.1 steem which an ordinary citizen in Nigeria cannot afford. We bought this fish when we wanted to prepare for my brother's convocation.
After we bought it, the woman who was one of the workers helped us remove the scales so that it could be enjoyed more by everyone present at the occasion. After that, she passed it to the butcher, who cut it into four pieces. This fish is a big one, and people who have eaten it can testify because it tastes nice, delicious, and yummy, especially if we fry it with groundnut oil.
The fish was served to one of us at the occasion, but I discovered that there are not many bones, and the fish is delicious. Its flavor is the perfect combination that everyone will like to eat. I discovered that this mullet fish has health benefits which are good for our bodies.
The fish is white meat and also rich in nutrients such as protein, calcium, minerals, and more, which many people are likely to eat in their various homes to foster unity. The most common fish in the Nigerian market are tilapia, catfish, panla fish, and more. Some people classify this fish as the rich man's favorite because it is expensive, and that's why they do not go for it. According to my findings, I discovered that this fish does not have side effects.
When we began to eat the food served to us at the occasion, some of my brothers fell in love with the fish and asked their friends to exchange it for chicken because they liked the smell of the fish.
