Step 1:First, take the potatoes in a clean bowl and wash them thoroughly with enough water so that there is no dust. Then, if each potato is cut in half from the middle, it helps in boiling it quickly. Let the water heat up in a bowl and drop the potato pieces in it. When the potatoes are completely boiled and soft, drain the hot water and carefully peel the potatoes. Finally, with the help of a spoon, the potatoes should be mashed in such a way that there are no grains or hard parts inside.

Step 2:First, add a little salt to the boiled smooth potato mixture. Then, add chopped onion, roasted chili flakes, and chopped green chilies to taste in the same bowl. Then, mix everything together well. It's a lot like potato mash.

Step 3:Take a proper amount of flour in a clean and dry bowl. Then add salt and a little soybean oil to it as per taste. First, lightly knead the flour with oil by hand, which will help make the dough soft and smooth. Now, add water little by little and knead it very well to make a soft 'dough'. The more perfect the dough is kneaded, the fluffier and tastier your next step will be.

Step 4:Cut small round Shaped lechis from the prepared dough. Each lechi should be lightly rolled with a balloon and flattened a little. Now, place a small ball of the previously prepared potato filling right in the middle of this flattened part. Then, bring the sides together to completely cover the potato filling and again give it a round shape with your hands. Finally, this stuffed lechi should be rolled out like a roti with your hands very carefully. Do not apply too much pressure at this stage, otherwise the potato filling inside may come out, which will ruin the joy of making potato paratha.

Step 5:Place a clean pan on the stove and heat it on medium heat. Place the carefully rolled potato paratha on the hot pan and lightly fry it on both sides. When the paratha is slightly hot, spread a little soybean oil around and on top of it. Then turn it over and fry it until both sides are golden brown and crispy.

Finally,In a short time, the desired hot and very tasty potato paratha was ready. Finally, I took the potato paratha from the tawa on a beautiful glass plate. Just looking at it made my mouth water. Now my potato paratha is completely ready to eat.
